I wanted to understand how the account worked, and like i thought its attached to another player.

I mean it's n0? If people have fuctional kill power that can go off N0 it would make sense to do what you could to avoid it. Also, yall are acted as if you didn';t pressure the slot from n0 start.
I don’t get this logic at all. Yes we pressured the slot but like it’s mafia? That’s what you do. And it isn’t like the slot helped itself by openly saying they’d side with mafia and threatening town.

Like this is by far one of the worst arguments I’ve heard. Nobody was attacking the slot, there was no ATE/rule breaking behavior, nobody just spamming them, nothing of the sort was done this was imo standard TS pressure.


Here’s the thing if we can find mafia day 1 and I mean 100% locked in no doubt mafia we should go that route.

We shouldn’t hunt the main Scrabby account at this time via voting.

BUT, the idea we should let a rouge eliminate which was trying to sneakily signal that they could be anti town, got called out on that, and decided to openly admit they’d be pro wolf live is ridiculous. Since mafia are going to see that, they’re gonna work towards finding who the slot is, then they’re gonna shield said slot. And this is one of those issues that gets larger the longer we leave it alone.

Vote off Scrabby D1, see how they flip, then move on to hunt mafia.

also I was worried that if I pushed for Airfield, someone would accuse me of just making a "short" list that happens to start with Airfield, and I would get even more discredited

It's not mafia, hunting the 3rd as early as day 1 only helps mafia get their win con solved faster. Any sany town player knows that, its more than likely anyone that puts a ton of focus on anything that isnt mafia is probably mafia themselves.

I also did not mention rule breaking or ate, so not sure where that 180 came from?

The slots not even mafia though?

Since I barely have any meta on players in this game I have no idea if sig being so focused on a 3rd party instead of mafia is town or mafia motivated. This goes without saying 3rd party hunting or going after 3rd party is almost always mafia motivated.

I haven't read the posts in question but it's on brand for Sig in general. I wouldn't take it to be alignment indicative.

It's not mafia, hunting the 3rd as early as day 1 only helps mafia get their win con solved faster. Any sany town player knows that, its more than likely anyone that puts a ton of focus on anything that isnt mafia is probably mafia themselves.

And just to be clear I’m not saying you mentioned rule breaking/AtE or that it’s happening. What I mean is there isn’t anything close to that so your comment about Scrappy having a lot of pressure on them seems misplaced. It’s the same type of argument Dennis was making and it rings just really hollow.

In terms of mafia I mean holistically as in we’re playing mafia. Not that the slot is or isn’t mafia. Honestly I think it’s up for debate still what they are.

I’d say their posting tempo/tone matches past civ games I’ve played with him. But, I’ve never played with mafia Pyxxy so not sure how it would match up

Yeah, I think every location probably goes with a monster. 18 players = 18 monsters (some of which are safeclaims). Assuming there are in fact safeclaims, the mafia knows which locations do fuck all to help the town so it is in our best interest to claim where we are voting and vote as a block.

That is, if we all vote randomly, most locations get 0-3 votes. Wolves could have up to 5 players (4 is a better number, probably, but theme) so we expect them to put down 4-5 votes in a shit location and we get the shit location. If we all agree to vote for the same place, it's at least the place we pick and mafia doesn't have control. I'll take coin flip over a wolves' choice.

Or I'm just wrong about my setup guesses and it doesn't particularly matter.

I 100% disagree with this, but I’m thinking it’s a cultural thing. So I won’t dwell on it, unless scrappy flips mafia.

TS has historically been really heavy with Anti town 3P that players will ignore and it ALWAYS comes back and bites town in the ass. In this case the 3P is openly scum siding.

Town literally lost the GoC 2 years ago for having this exact mentality after they voted off 2 mafia teams.

Also we can hunt mafia and third party, if anything I’m getting some amazing reads off how people are reacting to the third party so it isn’t like this is happening in a vaccum

Ngl I didn't look at this way, I also had no idea there were exactly 18 locations, ooops.

I am still on Airfield but ill change, its not corelated with my role at all.

I mean, reading posts is how we all perceive one another in Maf games, so this does not make sense.
And yet you've not demonstrated any indication that you've read my posts about how we should all be picking one location together, heavily preferred that it is a location from my short list.

You made a joke about Funland, would you like me to push people there?

Right now I'm voting Airfield in order to appease Roxy (who might not return before EOD). In fact, I am going to stay on Airfield unless Roxy/the thread tells me not to, because I think there's a chance that people are silently voting for Oceanland/Airfield and I don't want them to be confused + I want them to trust me. Or at least equally suspect me _and_ Roxy :D

If someone is so willing to say they’re going to campaign against town for being put under some pressure they have to go. I don’t care what alignment they are. Like it’s shocking to me that you want an anti town player to be left alone since they threatened to take their toys and join another team.

What they’re doing is attempting to hold town hostage and for some reason you’re fine with it

Nah 100% disagree especially if said 3rs party has two votes. We can’t let a 3P like this get anywhere close to lynch or loose. Since they can just as easily turn around and vote with mafia

I'm saying the exact opposite and I'm accusing Chihiro of being a wolf for seeming to not know that locations are linked to monsters, because reading a town role pm would make it obvious that they are.

vote maniplation should be off in xylo, f5 with 1 mafia and a 3rd party is def xylo. Unless this game is bastard? Which I dont think it is.
