So, yeah, from my perspective the game *should* end tomorrow, I don't really have any new thoughts past everything I've posted on this page. If the game isn't locked and a kill goes through then I guess we can sort it out but it seems like a waste of time, at least at the moment.

I'd be tempted to trust Fatmo if scum's kill is mandatory and they can't holster.

I kind of have few reason to doubt Fatmo's claim, I believe he's either telling the truth about it and it's a scum role, which...makes little sense with like a one-shot doctor (allegedly) and Hally's voting thing. Like what's the purpose of it being a scum role if the PRs are one shot and a voter?

And also, as scum, it's kind of a weird claim, I think you'd have to be thinking that it kind of fucks you later on in the game and you're a clearing machine, because you obviously get to live the entire time unless day killed. It's like claiming an overpowered cop, especially with LC getting heat for most of the time.

I guess we'll see tomorrow what the deal is.

From my perspective, if the kill goes through then it'd be some weird combo of LC / Fatmo? Can that work? I guess it could. I don't really remember anything that's refuting that.

I obviously have the information that I'm town but I still feel like you guys should figure out that LC's vote makes little sense as scum and it was the perfect vote for him to make as scum trying to save himself by maintaining momentum on me and also if he happened to flip, it would make me look bad.

He just took advantage of all the nonsensical votes on me that popped outta God knows where.

I can say one thing and it should be enough but it's gonna get questioned into oblivion because such is the nature of the game. If you look back at LC's vote, read in context. It's the perfect vote to make in order to frame me as his partner and I believe it was the vote that also saved him from dying. 1612 and Hally were already making a point of us being paired together so that vote was a genius move, Long Con TM scum type of move.

Like if you read that as a partner interaction then I don't know what to tell you lot. Now that we know Hally was town, that vote is perfect for LC to make and doesn't make much sense as s/s at all. But whatever, I hope Fatmo is actually the town roleblocker and locks the game up by choosing the path I've provided.

I don't really know where this pairing thing even comes from, I had a scum read that I pushed on chardonnay, I thought he was townie from our exchange (me, you, LC) and then when Hally pointed out the fact that he could be scum, I realised that my read was bad when I recalled it and I was shifting wheels, but I already had chardonnay as scum in my mind and also Hally being sus, so the fact that she was the one to take charge didn't really inspire me to switch. I probably wouldn't have switched just because of my case on chardonnay but that adds extra reasoning that you're missing. I didn't think he was locked scum or anything, not to a point of confidence that I'd drop actual scum!indicative reasons for chardonnay in order to pursue a "isn't really townie" read that another "wtf did they do all game?" read pushes it. /shrug

I mean, I can't say I was even fooled, I just picked wrong in the PoE because Hally had more scum equity to me. I did have 1 in Hally and LC. Reading back it's just pretty apparent but Hally looked more likely to flip scum in the moment as opposed to LC.

From my point of view, the most likely thing that happened was that Nanook and LC took advantage of me not being online after placing my vote, and that's on me. LC's cop claim just gave Nanook a reason to move his vote from not voting "the cop".

The plan was for me to come back and ruminate on it because I was really stuck on 1 between Hally and LC but I couldn't. That's why I just placed a naked vote, because I was supposed to come back and explain where my head was at. I voted Hally because after being away from thread, LC's vote made no sense from a scum perspective and Hally was a lot scummier ; I didn't believe her reads, her progressions were limited by the waves that townies set and she just looked for scum reads that townies allowed for her so she gets to survive. Her vote on me was atrocious and that may have been part of the big reason why I switched, it was what I felt in the moment.

I thought Fatmo was pretty legit, so from that PoV I didn't think scum would likely want to bus LC or be in a position to do it, which is also another pretty big factor in me making the switch.

I don’t do well with pressure on me as either alignment and the fact that this is probably a scum push as well and nobody is saying anything is just infuriating.

You have invested hours upon hours in this game. You are town. You are top posting. You are universally town read and when you wake up, 4 people express suspicion on you, 2 of which are in your PoE. The case is “you are paired with LC”. The thing is, you don’t even have TMI. How would I need to react when seeing such silly and agenda-d pushes? How am I supposed to defend myself? I know I’m not paired with ANYONE so the simple fact that i’m being pushed solely based on a pairing is very scummy to me. How would you react? What am I supposed to do in this situation?

To me it’s pretty obvious that I’m not paired with LC, but how tf am I supposed to prove a negative?

I strongly believe Hally is mafia now, and I was right about sensing her intentions. She was trying to push me after seeing my Mac read probably, and the fact that Mac and Fatmo said I’m in PoE made her pull the trigger on the vote because she’s PoE’d and it’s perhaps her only chance at survival.

She is not her town self. Her reads are fluctuating depending on what’s the thread consensus and is fighting to not get isolated in a box.

I don’t even know how to defend myself against having partners, like how do I even look remotely paired with LC? I never “hard defended LC”, I had a pretty confident scum read in chard and LC’s iso wasn’t scum indicative, it was just mixed and not townie at most. I won’t fucking switch when I have the Great Wall of China and ACTUAL reasons to be on chardonnay.

This whole thing is stupid primarily because nobody is even pushing me as scum for my own reasoning, but mainly as me being paired with someone which sketches me out and is completely agenda’d. I do know you do it as scum, and looking at your D1, you did have reads that I didn’t really get but you were fairly comfortable with, at least fmpov, when I didn’t have anything on anyone. So I found it weird that you are now looking like you dropped most of them. (as I wrote this, I realised that Alison and 1612 are the same slot so I may have inflated the number of reads)

It does look like a silly thing but I can’t really help but scrutinize it, especially when you haven’t been as townie as I think you can be, I always town read you easily. Not having you as strong town pings me and most of the things you do seem agenda-y.

If you are villager actually telling the truth, then that solve could probably tell us why we don’t have any stronger grip on the game, wouldn’t it? They’re both PoE-y targets that aren’t really looking like wolves, it’s just that they aren’t townie.

It could be as easy as LC and Nanook. I can’t really spot your intentions with these posts. Are you suggesting it couldn’t be possible? If you don’t have a good grip on the game as you claim you do, I’m sure that would explain why it is so.
