I dont see how I played up my reaction at all. It was one word, friend. But

Of course, this is a game of subtleties. One word is one word; the intention behind it is what I have to decipher. My perspective on Lime's notable moves EoD1 were "geez, this is sketchy, he's in danger of suddenly becoming a counterwagon with this unusual stuff".

UNTIL he explained the reasoning, and that immediately slid the perspective back into alignment for me.

BUT you were still angling toward "this guy's unbelievable", yes with one word, but it is that attempt to hang on to that 'maybe this is enough to vote him' perspective that I read into that post... that is too far into predatory to let slide.

fingersplints, for instance, though a 'long-timer', is sort of in the same boat as G-Man, meaning she hasn't been playing consistently and missing him consistently as some others. He would be a more viable option because most players are players that she hasn't played with in a while.

I don't think that most players prioritize this kind of thing as much as me. Like, criticize me because I put personal feelings above game sensibility, evry single time. It's not an ideal game-winning perspective, it doesn't make me a better player, but I don't think you will find another player that will absolutely make the from-the-heart judgment in this kind of situation, very very very predictably.

You want me to judge whose values fall short of the values that I absolutely believe in? That's an awkward question, to say the least.

We are not the same person though. This is something that I know is absolutely core to me, and I there is no way you will find a single game where I EVER took out or voted out a player that I missed playing with, on Night or Day 1. Like, I'm not being coy about this. This kill would be impossible for me to agree to. This will always be true. I've had a night and a falcon flip to think about it. In the moment I saw a conflict arise and stated my perspective of the two "accused" (you and Lime Coke).

With everything resolved, however, and a night to sit on a pretty feeble final tally -- new thoughts emerge. I am often inclined to pay attention to people on solo wagons (I think they often get overlooked when people focus on "counterwagons" or the like), and Long Con's and Wilgy's votes stood out for being on players that I'd say were highly unlikely eliminations on Day 1 (you and Epignosis).

He can still reply to my request for explanation, and I'll see how I feel. Wilgy will need to do the same.

Further expansion 1: Epignosis didn't kill G-man on Night 1.

This is not a viewpoint that I foresee ever changing my mind on.
