Movie/TV Viewing Night!

Let's see if we can't make this a more regular occurrence!

Hey lap, you missed a themed mafia game a couple years back.

I'd love to join! I'm typically not free until 9-10 PST on Tuesdays though, but if this is planned for a slightly earlier time, I'd find a way to join.

I have somehow managed to not see any Miyazaki films before. It's a bit of a blind spot for me. Hopefully, I can begin to rectify that, starting with this.

Tuesday evening works perfectly for me.

I'd love to watch this because somehow I haven't yet, but weekdays are bad for me too. Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evening would probably be alright though.

Which Miyazaki film did you not enjoy?
Spirited away is definitely the top rated ones of his.

ahhhh what! If only I joined earlier I would have experienced the best mafia game ever made.

Is there one for howls moving castle... if not I may host that or play if anyone else is interested in the idea

Spirited away is definitely the top rated ones of his.

I haven't seen any Miyazaki films before, so I can't really say that I've disliked any of them. Eager to check out his work.

Well perhaps if lapluie is OK with it we could do a weekday showing and a weekend showing for these events? That way anyone who can’t do a weeknight can try to make the weekend and vice versa.

I'm pretty sure the idea is that you don't have to, lol. It'll be on a shared site.

anyway, I'm probably not gonna join this and besides I've seen it plenty of times, but anyone who hasn't seen it or other miyazaki films needs to fix that asap!

Type "rabb.it" on the url, you can watch as a guest or create an account, either one you're still able to chat & watch with the room.
As I'm the host, I'll share my room link & all you do is just click & you're in, the movie stream will already be set up by me so you don't have to worth about anything else, just watch & enjoy

If you are coming to watch, you might want to set an account up at rabbit a little before the start time. It doesn't take long, but it will streamline the process and allow us to get going on time.
