i think the key aspect is that he does not care to appear villagery as a villager. he just picks up on something and rams it to the ground til something gives

him doing more than the usual solving makes me believe he could have randed wolf that cares about their position. villager him does not care about his position.

im a bit selfish and want to see it go through. i think xan is a villager solely cuz there was no cw all game, but he was here and seems to not have posted in a long time so maybe he's just a wolf

see now im getting worried because i took wilgy's increased solving as a good indicator he was town
since like
he got misyeeted in the original rand for not solving
so i took it as him randing town again trying not to be killed?

also to be clear, i don't want people to take it that solving is bad

but in this case, he just said this person is not w/w with this person, which is a very easy thing to do. if he would've showed depth then obv it's something different

i think i can speak for wilgy that he does not care about that. first off, the game didn't even continue so his elimination doesn't matter at all and shouldn't have upped his desire to be alive here

and again, he just doesn't care about that on principle

the core concepts shouldn't change. im not gonna give up on meta that had consistently landed me a good read on him just cuz we haven't played in a while. i have no reason to assume it's changed if it didn't change for as long as i played with him

no matter how much you want to change your meta, there are some things that simply can not be changed. you can change micro level stuff, but there's levels that are the foundation.
