Why are all of you voting Slaver? From what I can tell based on your claims, this is not in line with your wincon, so y'all better have good explanations for your thinking.

@TonyStarkPrime Is your alignment known? If so, what is it? Is Slaver death part of your wincon? If not, please also answer the question above.

I feel like Marmot and LC should be more or less clear off this since they are voting to narrow the Enclave PoE, whereas I'd guess some people voting for Alison are doing it to avoid narrowing the Enclave PoE.
1. Sprityo is shooting Grogu per his BoS Joshua claim (and the fact that I've determined the only plausible town roles for Grogu happen to be the roles that Marmot and Sprityo claim to have). So take down the slaver and narrow the PoE at the same time.

Otherwise we basically flash-wagon him if he doesn't shoot, afaik there's no ability or role-blockers alive. And if Grogu flips town after being shot (if sprityo is town), then we can figure out who's the scum in Marmot/Sprityo, if its not both of them.

2. I've discussed and repeated my past opinions as to why the Slaver is likely mechanically forced and predisposed to scum-side with Encalve in the current game-state, who is the town's collective enemy. TL;DR if Enclave is going to die soon (which it potentially is imo with the solving as of recent day phases) then that puts greater urgency for Alison to achieve her win con or to try and defend who she really thinks is the enclave and try to scum-paint a different town in the hopes that Enclave shoots one of her enemies.

I had zero... I have done this before and it is why I defended omega doing her stuff too. I saw a town player do it to us when I was scum last time and fucked us up. We thought they were tracker and they got a wolf killed. They were Vt with a fake result.

You tricked him, which implies you found him really scummy in order to fake that.

But as I read it there was a sudden "oh it was a cop check that makes sense"

and you just didn't question it despite you suspecting him enough to supposedly lie about a mech check
Grogu wrote: Fri Mar 05, 2021 12:26 pm Oh so it was a check? Hmm that kinda makes sense. Nvm
I saw falcon not claiming as him hiding info from us but makes sense if he wants to stay alive plus he stopped being annoying and talking about me. I just never thought it would be a check because why not check me? I guess it makes sense now that you mention it.
Like to me its like you were just some town having their first track or watch mech info and got really exicted and thought it must mean something bad on Falcon but then realized that wasn't the case.

I have a harder time believing you genuinely found the guy suspicious and decided to trick him and then go "That makes sense. Nvm".

Because he claimed it was a cop check. I didn’t want to out our cop... I felt stupid and felt he was honest.

You never claimed any direct mech info but I'm fairly sure that's the impression quite a few people got at that time, myself included.

Heck you even did these two posts back to back:

The first one just leaves it up to vague "reasons" and is really pressing for a claim on day two but you handle Sloonei differently.

Generally asking about any claims, while in the short span saying you think they're scummy, is generally a soft for having mech info.

Somehow the developing conflict across the northern California wastes had left the primitive village of Arroyo untouched for all this time. It was a blessing given the other problems they already faced with drought and famine. They could only hope their Chosen was still out there making good on their pledge to return with the G.E.C.K. One villager had driven the rest to madness, however, with her constant insistence that the Chosen would fail. Their aunt Morlis had never liked that child, and nobody can be sure why. I suspect it was because her spirits were not in alignment with the Earth Mother, and that if she'd just partake in some of Hakunin's herbs she might finally chill the fuck out. She never did though. She wandered a bit too far from the village for the hunt recently and was ambushed by wasters from the west. They didn't even take anything from her; they just murdered her and left her to rot. The Chosen One had better hurry.

Some of Fallout 2's constant assault of dopey humor has inevitably become dated. It was a game of its time, and political jokes of 1998 are just not going to resonate with younger video/computer game audiences of 2021. I am barely old enough myself to get the joke sometimes. In the case of Daniel Bird, Vice President of the United States at the Enclave oil rig, the joke is not remotely subtle. He can be seen in his office working hard to learn how to spell words such as "potato". This is directly extracted from the misadventures of Vice President Dan Quayle of the Bush Sr. administration, famed utterer of nonsense and misspeller of "potato". Daniel Bird. Dan Quayle. Get it? :goofp:
