i agree that he threw shade on you multiple times and kept you in his pool of immediate suspects, but it might be a slight exaggeration to say that he tried to kill you, don't you think? he didn't vote for you at any point (as far as i can tell) and much of his shade on you appears to have existed in conjunction w/shade against zack/sunbae as well. since vulgard showed that they weren't even remotely shy about bussing (ie: their early interactions with dya), i don't find it implausible that vulgard would go out of his way to shade you in a world where you two are W/W

well i mean, the obvious answer is: "to make it look like you aren't partnered". if all he did was buddy you all game then it would make the two of you look compatible when the other shoe dropped - i doubt that vulgard would roll wolf with you and cash all his chips in the belief that the two of you could endgame together without being caught - the position that he put you in (shading) doesn't feel unusual for partners at all tbqh

im not saying they make you wolfy, i just dont really find them town indicative for you

....so? you're arguing that vulgard wouldn't go out of his way to shade you and try to make you look bad when you were universally townread, but that straight up is just not the experience of a good portion of the mafia games that i've played. partners, especially partners that are hyperworried about looking like partners, will often go out of their way to distance in sub-optimal situations. if vulgard tried to get you KILLED, i would agree with your point, but he didn't

i could sit out and stress over this game for hours on end like i have the last couple days, but im done. it didnt help me make any good decisions and i let arete and syn die when i wasnt even internally confident they would flip wolves. they were just an easy answer.

c4 is also an easy answer i suppose but i think hes also th emost likely out of those three and ive been trying to get him killed for days.

I feel this so much and I want to trust this again.

I'm tired of going in circles. Reading Zack's posts, I was just like "yep, don't know why it's still so hard". And I don't have energy nor time to actually suffer through all this.

How was c4's position when Vulgard and Dya both decided to lolcat? Did he look not teamed with them, was he set up for a win?

How did c4 react the day we yeeted Dya? He said something about the PoE, when he really wanted me in it. Did the PoE include Dya or was it just him and Syn? This last question is confusing, but I'm interested in what he said that day.

Basically, largely - Was c4 boxed in when Dya/Vulgard kind of gave up? Cause if he was, it does't really make sense that it's him.

i will do my best to avoid responding to suspicion toward me today, because it tends to irk me a bit and distracts me from doing the solving that would be beneficial for the entire game. (although i will towncase myself if it would be beneficial overall - i think the frustration i had yesterday stemmed from the feeling that nobody had closely read my progression on dya, which is the thing in this game that i feel should clear me as a villager in just about every world.)

i have a limited amount of free time this week especially, and that really cripples my ability to do my ~process~ in the same way that i like to do when i have a lot of time on my hands. even so, here's my plan for today:

we have three chops left. if i can narrow down the wolves in this game to two possible names, then i can allow myself to be chopped and force everyone else to follow my legacy once i flip. the goal for today, then, is to narrow down my POE to exactly two names. i'll try to provide an answer for this at the end of these 48 hours
