@Michelle has my approval to be slotted as pitcher or outfielder on the Monsters, her choice

On second read through, creature's post sticks out as the most awkward / forced.

none of my reads are remotely close to strong or confident

If anyone claimed to have confident reads less than two pages in, I'd hope they go last in the batting order with their scummy buds

I didn't think at it, but now that you said it, passion is a part if my play i should tone down, but i rarely get enough self conscious to do it

in a thread where the vast majority of players have expressed not understanding the setup i don't really think that not understanding the mech is neccessarily bad.

i get having the expectation for sloonei specifically but ive put out a plan i think is good at least, and he doesn't appear to be resisting it.

I just spent an entire game pretending I believed that Porscha's cluelessness could be faked while being presented gargantuan amounts of dumb tell. It's like I just came out of a parallel dimension where everything is crazy and and I'm still trying to catch up my breath.

This time I'll probably just buy Porscha being clueless, I'm not sure I can go through that again, real or faked.

This is consistent with how Nook played the panda game though.

Admitelly I don't think consistency is a good criterium to townread people, as much as inconsistency is one for scumreading people.

In my case I started reading the mech, understood the non-baseball parts, then started reading the baseball parts and got overwhelmed by the effort required, due to a combination of lots of math and a dozen baseball terms I don't know.

I could probably get it if I wanted, but rn I don't want to.

I read Dolby's strat but I'm not seeing the words "infielders" and "outfielders" in the polls, just some stuff about bases. Therefore the paralysis about baseball continues.
