I think you have to read him from the perspective of certain actions are only permissible as mafia. I haven't kept a list, but generally it's easy reads if you keep track.

It becomes alignment indicative because sometimes it's inevitable for someone to get acquainted with the rules while in Mafia chat / sometimes they're required to know about certain mechanics to use their factional abilities effectively.
That would only be the case in a non-normal game, but since this game is normal, it doesn't apply.

It's not.

As far as intro's go, Sprityo has arguably the worst one in the game so far. Maf tend to make those kind of intro posts all the time...they pop in quick, "ya I'm ready to go, <insert joke gif>" then skedaddle.

It's not a smoking gun by any means, but I will not be shocked at all if Sprityo flips Maf

Who told you specifically how to catch me as scum? Like 90% it would be wrong because guaranteed they couldn't get my town meta correctly even if they tried.

Also I've caught scum in RVS time, it actually isn't that hard. But how you did it isn't the way to go.

As far as intro's go, Sprityo has arguably the worst one in the game so far. Maf tend to make those kind of intro posts all the time...they pop in quick, "ya I'm ready to go, <insert joke gif>" then skedaddle.

It's not a smoking gun by any means, but I will not be shocked at all if Sprityo flips Maf
