Enough!

Epi and Golden want this too much. Let's do the right thing people. Let's vote for a third party.

Now I'd gladly accept it, but if not me then I say we elect sprityo for the funky fresh beats.
Seriously Mac, why can't you just for once sit still and let me execute a plan without trying to interfere just because you're jealous!

I'm trying to do something that is in the best interests of the town here. Your mother in law would be proud of me!
What do you get from this?
If everything comes together perfectly...

Perhaps a town win tomorrow.

Networks of trust is how the town wins the game.

I killed it in a world reborn.
I also killed it in Dune, where I built a massive network of trust that you refused to participate in, and yet in that game I was nailing baddies left and right.

OMG someone facepalm me for me because I can't move my arms. You didn't kill it in A World Reborn, you lost your original faction the game by town confirming several scum while you were a civ and then got bailed out by the very scum that were taking the piss out of you when they recruited you. How is that killing it?

Re: Dune, my memory of that game was that in fact, I survived until end game and town won regardless of choosing participate in your trustocracy.

Forgive me but in a game built on an informed minority lying their way to victory, the idea of trusting people is silly. I know the lengths that I go to when I am bad, and so I expect nothing less of others.

And on that note. I better do some actual work.

Tbh Kyle I feel like we've been going soft in our grumpychat/sex cave, and I feel like I've been dragging down the vibe. Then again I am dying soon hopefully so maybe it's supposed to be like a tragic nursing home kinda chatbox.

If you are so hard headed that you would throw your toys out of the cot for losing an election when I can break this game open by winning it, then you should take a mafia break.

If you're genuinely serious about this, it's way worse than Daisy writing in OT green.

You should go talk to your therapist.

But seriously, Mac, I really mean it when I say this.

Sometimes you need to learn when to just stop talking and let things play out. You are really good at wrecking good town plans. You don't always have to know what is going on to let it play out. I frequently realise people have something going on that I don't understand, and I evaluate whether or not I should just let it play or get involved. I think you feel like you always need to get involved, but sometimes it's detrimental.

King Arthur Golden is going to King Arthur. You don't have to like it, but you should learn to let it be. A World Reborn is literally the only time you were ever burned by it, and that was due to a recruitment mechanic (and by the way, there was only a single baddie I trusted in that game, and they did pass a solid LD test). There are no cults in this game.

I am absolutely unmoved by the idea of 'this is the time period the person chose, let's give it to them'.

Last time I think we gave an item to a baddie as a result.

I give up.

Golden you are the greatest Mafia player who has ever lived. I play terribly. You play great. I should just learn to accept everything you ever tell me in every game because it's impossible to tell if and when you are bad so I should just trust you every time because on the balance of probability you are probably good as rolling scum is significantly less likely for any individual player. The alternative would be to tinfoil you in games where more often than not you are good and ruin your amazingly laid plans because you are just that damn good and nobody elses game experience should matter but Golden's. As long as Golden knows best everyone else should just shut up and listen and follow and get in line damn it. Golden for God!

Well, maybe if you didn't oppose me for the sake of it (literally 'let anyone but golden win') but for some kind of rational reason?

If I tell people why I should have it, it would be pointless having it, and Epi might as well have it.

I didn't submit a time period.

Golden, in what game in history have the town won on day 3?

Epignosis claims to have actual synergy with this night item.

You claim that by voting for you we are going to create a never before seen event.

And you think I am being irrational in wavering to just pile the votes onto you?

The other thing that gets me is that you legit said that your role utility has been exhausted now that you confirmed Scotty, and since then you've

1. Town confirmed Spacedaisy in a way only you could
2. Need us to vote for you here so you can single handedly win the game

And you expect people to just accept your activity like mindless monkeys.

Fuck that. I'm a skeptic. YOU should learn to deal with that.

Noone knows if they have synergy with an item. It's just his pick for time period.

Whatever, vote how you want Mac. I'm not forcing you to do anything.

But campaigning actively against me because you feel like I get to do everything? That's just personal and I dislike it.

It's not personal at all. I am suspicious and paranoid and skeptical of you in this game because you somehow keep dominating everything and I inherently trust people that go for stroke.

Anything that you could say was personal was the wine in front of me talking.
