Ok if I do 25 what's a good balance? Right now it's 21 town, 8 mafia, 1 indy. 18 town, 6 mafia, 1 indy? Or 17 town, 7 mafia, 1 indy?

I’d go 19/5/1 personally, 18/6/1 is probably fine with the amount of town power. 17/7/1 is probably a really hard game for town to win.

Shadows Corridor was 16/6/3 and although mafia won, town very much had the opportunity. It felt fair. There was a soup kill there too.

Just thinking in terms of that game, 20/5/1 feels town-sided. But I also don't know what the secret role does here.
