I hate the reality that at times I gain pleasure from being in the state of suicidal.

I love the reality that I am able to dip in and out of that state while still alive.

I love being transgender and feeling like I can be more open about what I like to be.

I hate the amount of difficulty I have to face about a choice I made for my own personal happiness.

I hate that my five-year-old daughter broke her arm.

I love seeing how resilient and adaptable she is with it only a three days in to wearing a cast.
