On a more serious note, I feel that this feels too LAMIST for my liking.
I have trouble imaging why as town, they'd need to announce that they're town.
It's possible that it could be a personality trait, yet it's something to watch out for.

What I don’t like is Mac just entirely dropped their push on CRich.

Fair, though I would imagine that town would probably be more willing to move their vote based on who is scummier from their PoV.

Gavial, tunneling me out of the gate on day 1 in a game I randed town is not a game winning strategy for whichever alignment you randed and I would suggest if you are town you cease and desist and try to solve alignment indicative things ie "who sounds le town".

I said this the first game I was in and I'll say it again. There's literally no solid evidence out there right now for anyone. I've been at school most of today and am only now really even paying attention. Also last game I was voted out for having this opinon, so go kill me for all I care. My point is town members are expendable, but how you expend them is important.
