Smilies Mafia [Job]

Closed setup. Currently at 17 players.

Each player gets 2 smilies, and an additional alignment smilie. Most non-alignment smilies have active abilities. Others have passive or no abilities.

All active abilities will have limited shots or something to that effect.

There may or may not be a third party.

Full non-closed details to come when this nears it being next in the Queue.

This will use my new Martin's General Setup Rules & Clarification post which is likely going to applied to my future hosted/created games.
