TL, I'm going to lay it out like this: If you are a civilian, use your energy and time finding out who is mafia.

If you are stumped by the end of the Day, by all means, vote for whomever you think is an independent if that's what you want to do.

But please don't start there.

So you would rather leave three kills with no way of stopping over crossing that to one is my question I have no idea how many "quarters" the neutral has.

I like independent kills. Independent kills whittle things down. If things are balanced, a single independent should be more of a threat to mafia than to civilians. When I'm mafia, I care more about independents than I do when I'm civilian. That's the case here.

To sum it up, I'm not spending today hunting an independent. I'm hunting mafia.

I agree with Epi's take on not worrying about indy roles until mafia looking is done. That's easy to be right about, and it doesn't specifically solve anything. Which is why I can agree with Epi and also Mac, whose case on Epi was convincing. I was suspicious of TL yesterday because I thought at the time he was one of the ones out of our coffee crew that was bad, mostly because I thought he fit the mold of in the POE but had not been pushed (this was a model set up in an article by a respected member of the MU team on what to do when the mafia is overpowering you). He then reminded me that he had been pushed on several occasions and linked me to the last game where he was bad for me to compare (he just played it in October). I saw a different TLib in that game than I am seeing here.

Most importantly though I did not see through Elephant and Hyena so I thought the scum had to be Tlib and or Long Con.

Today of course I know differently so I no longer consider him to be bad.

Others voted him after me but I don't think anyone gave a reason. I think one of those people was Hyena but I'd have to check my record to be sure.
