What is deck mafia? I don’t see it mentioned anywhere in the intro but people keep referring to it

Winners of the games that give Deck Mafia cards get booster packs with cards. Each represents a 1 shot power you can use in a game that allows players to bring. You can bring up to 7 cards in a game and have an inventory of 20 cards. You basically can craft your deck and become a JOAT based on what cards you have.
