Marmot wrote: Sat Nov 27, 2021 6:19 pm To break down JJJ's wagon a little bit more, here's how it all went down (warning, it's a wallpost)

Spoiler: show
Here's what the poll looked like at XX:47.

xx:49 - spf says she'll probably end on Wilgy

xx:50 - leetic calls out Jay and nutella for hedging
xx:51 - spf points out disappearance of NAA wagon as interesting
xx:51 - LC follows up on Jay's wagon's lack of traction
xx:52 - cass asks if people TR Jay, would vote there if wagon existed
xx:52 - leetic calls Wilgy wagon more inspiring
xx:53 - iaafr votes anne
xx:53 - nutella calls anne a hit and Wilgy a bait

xx:57 - ilario wants to vote Wilgy again

1 - No Vote --- Sloonei

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here are my observations on how people performed at EOD based on reread.
The following players were not around at EOD
anne
DrWilgy
Dyslexicon
falcon45ca
MacDougall
Sloonei —> Esooa
The following players were
cassandra - cass was one of the first people to vote for Jay in the CFD, and voiced interest in it before it happened. She looks really townie from this.
iaafr - iaafr was kinda all over the place, but that does read more like an anxious townie than mafia in this scenario. On one hand, he could have unwittingly prompted a Jay wagon while just casually putting a vote there, but I think the reality is that his actions are pure. He could be scum, but I'd put him closer to a TR at this moment.
ilario / leetic - this slot also hopped on the Jay wagon, albeit at different times. Ilario hopped off in the waning seconds of the day, which is a little alarming, but these two seemed similar to iaafr in that their behavior looks believable in their anxiety over what wagon would be the best to choose.
Lime Coke - Pushed the Jay wagon from the getgo, and rallied others to join. Hard townread on this guy.
NotAnAxehole - I don't know when he voted for Jay, so I'm going to assume it was at a point when it didn't matter since he didn't call his vote in the thread. The only post that NAA made in the final 13 minutes of the day were a defense of chopping Jay. Given his increased activity before the Jay wagon took off, I think he looks like probable mafia from it.
nutella - I could go either way. Personally, her comment "This is fine actually lmao" actually reads incredibly townie to me. But her actions otherwise less-so. She didn't really mention Jay's wagon, but she did push anne's wagon at least while Wilgy was an active wagon. But even her push on anne looked kinda townie. Dunno. I'm tonally reading her as town, but her actions are objectively not very townie.
staypositivefriend - spf was put into a position where she couldn't vote for Wilgy when his wagon disappeared, and was forced to pick between Jay and anne, and opted for Jay. She did eventually try to vote Wilgy again, but was too late at EOD. I will call this mildly townie. She didn't really talk about Jay despite voting for him, which makes a bus attempt possible, but she was in a position where she was able to convincingly vote for anne or Jay, and she opted for Jay. spf is on the edge of the POE for me.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Anyway, cass remains a confident townread for me, LC joins her in that tier, and ilario/leetic are a tad below. NAA has dropped drastically, and I'd be willing to chop him today. Everyone else is varying shades of in between those two

Also, given how easily Jay's wagon took off, I'd be willing to bet that his team was generally not around at EOD, suggesting that the majority of scum are in the first of the above lists.
Ah man, don't tell me you're mafia too?

leetic/ilario

agree regarding Anne

regarding myself idk, I'm reading the game and then will post thoughts and people will probably go "wow esooa why'd we think you were mafia" or wtv
Nanook's read wasn't just doing nothing, it's that Sloonei asked for some info (maybe a summary) and proceeded to do nothing with that.

I mean, I usually crush it on my home site as town, it's absolutely meaningless in the context of playing with new players all the time. I don't know why you go on feeling bad about yourself all the time, and then blaming others for your failures.
I have nothing to feel bad about, I play well, there's only 1 game where I feel like town L was my fault the rest of them I wasn't the issue.
I mean, your instinct to push responsibility for losses onto others actually comes through in your playstyle, how you try to be so polarized that you're basically an IC... That way you're never at fault.
I'm usually not.

Wait your reasoning to scumread Anne is because she gave a town to scum list without reasoning?

Really?

That's your reasoning?

Like dude...do better.
No.

It is a part of my reasoning.

:omg:
It's awful reasoning.
Is that coming from the guy who can never get a read on me correctly?

Have you ever considered...that it is YOUR reasoning that is perhaps the one that is awful? We've played a fair number of games together...tell me, have you been winning much?
Not my fault you play scummy as hell as either alignment.

I've been winning games, not on this site though where you got people like Axe maf siding and every town player deciding they want to do nothing every game.
Don't bring me into this. Also, Falcon is right, your town win rate is 0%. It's such a joke that you're trying to project this onto others. I thought we buried this on D1, but I guess not.
I have a positive winrate on MU and MafColessium as town. It's clearly not me.
I'm honestly shocked that you still think you can read people after your track record here. It seems that every game you fall in a void of "I don't know what's going on" and either get yeeted or die randomly because you're so blatant and one dimensional that everyone in the game has you pegged as town.

Yeah sure these look like reasons to indicate someone’s town, but not naa. The dude is completely out of his town range and is literally howling.
Am I crazy? Like I was very clearly the 7th vote in a 7-5 split, when I was previously voting with the 5... How is that not deciding?
Tbh the split was like 9-5 or 8-5 and me and bunny hopped off like clowns but if it ever looked like Anne was going over instead of jjj I woulda hopped back on him
