Also, I'm making a readslist because I feel the discussion petering out a little bit.

I said that I'm a very easy readilario wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 12:44 pmI don’t think you’re a hard read at all, in fact I feel pretty confident you’re town which is why I’m hoping all the more for a vig shot if you intend on throwing the game again. It’s also why I found jjjs read on you to ping me as it felt like he was just going for an easy target. But I’ll go over his explanation when I find it and decide for myself.NotAnAxehole wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 12:36 pmGood call, I'll give you the formula to reading me, and watch as people scoff at it. From D2 onward assume that I'm always 100% serious except if a decision is already reached (this is where it gets confusing - the trolling), or I have lost patience with the day. And if you can relate to the logic I put forth, then there's a potential for you to find me by exploiting flaws in that logic.Marmot wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 12:32 pmNotAnAxehole wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 12:27 pmYeah, so far I think the only part where we're misfiring is that you misjudge my patience as town, once we get over that hump, we'll be the perfect team, except when I'm mafia.
I think in our first few games together, I didn't know you very well, and I have trouble reading several new players at once, so I probably just ignored you early on in those games.
This game, given that you're offering boring snapreads out of a random generator, I'll withhold until Day 2.
Basically, if you can identify which posts are troll, and which ones aren't, I'm an open book, easiest read in the world.

Speaking as JJJ's official spokesperson (he has that much clout), he's looking for me to distance from people by giving opinions about the game that either lock me into a world view that doesn't make sense, or clears me from being aligned with certain players.ilario wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 12:22 pmHuh wdym? Very diplomaticJaggedJimmyJay wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 12:27 pmI clarified a couple posts later, so refer there. I wish to address the orange briefly though, because this is a recurring question that I deal with and I might just refer back to this post number if/when I see it again (no affront intended to you ilario for asking). While I do have a sense on some level of what is or is not "alignment indicative" for certain people, that is not a mindset that holds dominating sway over my solving practice. I think it's a fundamentally flawed question, at least in the way it's most often applied (to literally everything). Sometimes accusations ought to be rendered without regard for such specific notions of meta. I'll include this in the forward of my book.ilario wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 12:22 pmHuh wdym?
