Talking of that, I'm reviewing the game from Day 2, starting with my case.

You know, imagine if Mac hadn't hard-defended LC Day 2 and I flipped the pelt there.

Would've had town!Mac alive still lmao.

One thing I never got was why you felt so confident I was town in the early game? Usually people who played with me for the first time take a bit more time to get there.

Wolf players rarely go into thread and immediately shake things up. Straight away your first posts were so against the trend, and they weren't even vaguely you went immediately on Alexa if memory serves.

Maybe scum-you does that but it felt like a weird as fuck play for a scum and if there's one thing I'm confident in it's my "That's weird as fuck for a scum" reads. (I have had a bad habit of doubting these later so I'm trying to hard-stick to em)

I get that. But I also think you’re a strong player, and part of that means you can probably manipulate your meta to trick people who know you. Like it could very well be a case of what happened to me with vulguard in our first game where I got overly paranoid when I should have listened to Occam’s razor. I probably think nanook is more likely than you mostly because I hated how lc made a massive case on him but chose to vote wiml instead. He also tied tsp as a partner read to nanook which is something I’ve never seen anyone do in a big case. At the time I thought he possibly did it to set up a chain mislynch on tsp if nanook actually did flip scum.

I can’t rely really on the concept of people knowing you best=you to be town. Because the people that knew LC best called him town too.

Fwiw I still got a lot of rereading to do and vulguard can probably confirm I’m someone whose prone to changing their mind a LOT but atp I do feel confident in calling him and tsp town so it’ll probably take a lot for that to change.

Tbh I'm fine with Nanook sus. He was my top basic read for partnered as well, and I agree Vulgard seems towny.

But I'm going to do a re-read before committing to that. Also I still think you're one of my hardest town, ESPECIALLY because LC took a lot of time to ask Alexa constantly if you were still 100% town to her.

Also re: Manipulating meta, sure I can do that. I'm just frustrated because to be sussed right after I caught the scum that no one else wanted to help me push is bloody annoying.

Also I think you're pre-maturely hard-clearing TSP. I had him at meta-town but as I said to Mac on D2 his posts felt bad and the "dumbtell" was sus.

Gotta think this through including early days with LC

Vulgard with second vote on LC is a good look.

So that means TSP/ilario would be the team probably.

Ilario is hard townshielded by Alexa so wolf teams are TSP/Nanook, TSP/Vulgard, Nanook/Vulgard.

I don't see why TSP/Nanook would leave themselves penned in with the Ilario/Alexa duo. Both have kinda townread Alexa so removing Alexa would be the easier option of the nks.

So if Ilario is town then Vulgard lock-red.

LC Town, I know I'm town. Let's say that LC is 100% right on Alexa for simplicity sake.

Lemme just speculate LC town worlds a bit, since he's specifically trying to address that and maybe I'm just horribly wrong.

Let's make this pretty simple for most people:
Ilario/Alexa are hard townshielding each other. There's low chance there's a wolf in there.

If there is, it's Alexa (From their dynamic).

The fact that they're both alive suggests people wanted to either make them sus each other OR someone is benefiting from them being alive.

Now in my confbias world, LC gains a lot from them being around to variously defend him.

TSP and Nanook are the standard POE slots.

Wiml/Vulgard slot has had a lot of solid thoughts. I was sus on Wiml a bunch because I have more tinfoil than ever, but the way he interacted with me was kinda different to his wolf game just recently where he kinda rode over me.

I just don't see TSP/Nanook being paired so TSP/Nanook/LC is my current worldview.

This is the "I haven't reviewed for w/w pairings since mid-d2" Ender speaking, so whatever.

Wolf!Meta would mean I try and get rid of one of Alexa/Ilario and leave the other, try and take out the townshield support to leave Alexa especially open to sus without the defenders. Assuming I'm not w/w with her.

I really don't feel like this is the actions of a town LC

And yet rather than being shaken at being so wrong on Mac, instead his confidence is renewed as he hard-pushes Nanook today.

Especially as his case on Mac was very confident.

LC has made a big deal about feeling bad about his bad reads.

But has shown no remorse for flipping Mac and immediately cases and hard-goes after Mac's TR.

TSP/Nanook both maybe wolf but I don't think Nanook plays EOD like that. He protects Mac much harder.

Alexa/Ilario are probably t/t.

Alexa seems fairly inno and Ilario shields.

And I've said Ilario probably town from d1.

LC is still probably red, but I'll have to read their case/etc.
