Idk it comes off as a white knight mafia

I mean I'd expect any mafia who knows a speck of how to play would pay attention to what their partners tell them in their chat.
Unless I'm living in a cave.
I thought this too when I first started mafia, but as I got my experience I realized the more time I spent reading wolfchat, listening to my partners the worse of a mafia I was.

A common thing I see in the wolfchats I'm in is players asking for advice, spending too much time out of the thread, worrying about every little post. The key to mafia is just to act natural and be active ITT, and understand what is happening. I became a great wolf by not over thinking or reading my wolfbro's opinions.
Geez are you getting me to reconsider town leaning you?
Huh I would think that a wolf in your position would be more likely to just accept the pocket opportunity, and not rock the boat.
And I'm getting tired again. Bed time beckons.

Honestly, I feel that if Jack is mafia, then Chihiro isn't mafia. The town read over an NAI post almost always originates from a mafia struggling with TMI and finding a non-TMI reason to "find" someone as town. It's almost never a read a mafia makes on their partner.

Scrappy is likely being duel hatted the host is running any randomized comments while the player is posting the real stuff. This is usually done with socky accounts so players can’t pin down who’s behind it if they’re also in the game.

Like so and so is posting at the same time Scrappy is so they must be them

interesting to include me when i had 0 posts so i'm leaning it being someone who knows me

people this could be :

seanzie or fingersplints (but the whole "lesbians are cool" eliminates seanzie and splints i feel, not somthing they'd come up with)

Jack totally would...but too much in character posting and no jack-type typos o.o

the timing of scrappy's 3p claim is just bizarre, it's like an attempt at making us want to yeet them. playing like a jester-type of game who can only post night 0 and try to be the day 1 elim cos i have yet to see day 1 posts by them.

putting scrappy in (one of the most unlikeable characters) on n0 to reach some kind of condition for the player's vote count to be multiplied makes more sense to me (hence scrappy referring to three vote count power)

in conclusion, i actually think scrappy is a town player who had to claim 3p as part of their role, but not get elimmed d1 so their main role is activated or something and if they are eliminated d1, then their role isn't activated. :llama:
You can take me out of the puppet master of Scraggy PoE. As they're voting me.
I don't know if I believe that part about Scrappy being town forced to claim 3p. Yet somehow, that explanation feels a little too out there coming from you if you're mafia.
Tbh I expect you to come up with something less convoluted than lol!Scrappy is town forced to claim 3p, if you're mafia.
Mind you, this is our 1st game together so I'm not 100% confident on this read.

Before I have a nap. Sig focusing on Scrappy so much is raising my eyebrows.
It feels like that if they're mafia, that's the only slot they can feasibly scum read because as mafia pushing on the 3p claim as a scumread means they don't have to remember what they said/done.
Which incidentally would clear Neon as town, because again two mafia voting on the same slot early D1 is unlikely to say the least.
Neon admittedly is a slot that gets my paranoia up, because they are quite capable of carrying as mafia and I've seen it happen at least twice off site.
Neon!mafia would also point towards Sig as town for same reasons above.

Not making any promise here.
Scrappy is always a compromise elimination, if there is not enough agreement from town on who dies 1st today.

Re: Scooby Doo: Monster Collective (Day1)

Sigh Creature if they're a wolf would likely find more "sensible" reasons as a pretext to vote me beforehand.
It wouldn't be the 1st time I've been voted on for reasons as town, and I seriously doubt it will be the last time I get voted for similar/same reason/s.

Re: Scooby Doo: Monster Collective (Day1)

At least if there is anything good coming out of my silly wagon, that at least one of Creature/Falcon is a wrong townie on my slot.
Yes it's shocking I see something good out of it.

Now this is hilarious. I'm taking it easy this game means I'm a wolf?
Come on, find better reason/s to wolf read me.

Chihiro wrote: Mon Mar 06, 2023 3:43 pm Since I barely have any meta on players in this game I have no idea if sig being so focused on a 3rd party instead of mafia is town or mafia motivated. This goes without saying 3rd party hunting or going after 3rd party is almost always mafia motivated.
Yeah that's a good point. I'm also keeping an eye out for anyone who wants the discussion to center on Scrappy, rather than anyone else.
The mafia would want town to waste as much discussion time on Scraggy as possible, and will subtly egg on such discussion if they feel they can get away with it.

Creature wrote: Mon Mar 06, 2023 9:10 am I don't like dealing with third parties at all. Wished they just stayed silent and we wolfhunted normally.

I also doubt Scrappy Doo is as powerful as he is claiming to be because that would be very unbalanced.
You gotta love the kingmaker 3ps am I right?

If someone is nice enough to remind how to get the correct format for voting here, that would be great.
