Leaving Actv alive is very high risk. If we were at a point where we have 0 mislunches to spare, I'd consider it (This was the case in, say Fallout 2, when town had very few mislunches left, and we wasted one chopping 3p Alison that could win with town, which was a mistake IMO), but since we are doing well right now and have some breathing room, the safe bet is to chop Actv. If she is just survivor, oh well. The risk of her not being just survivor is too high to ignore though.

@Actvscenei I think others kind of prodded you about this already, but if you are in fact a 3p with kill power and you can win with town, I'd be willing to strike a deal with you to help town win. So, uhh... do with that what you will.

I think this "why isn't mac nked" stuff is weird. Like we're pretty sure they shot at Sloonei N1, and they probably shot at some consensus town N3 because Dana landed a bodyguard. For all we know they tried to kill Mac yesterday night and Dana saved him. N2 kill was weird for sure, but maybe they were simply afraid of what kind of gifts Kito could hand out (which sort of makes sense, since Owner's gifts were really powerful).

The point is that as far as we can tell a consensus town was shot N1 and a consensus town was shot N3. A PR claim that the mafia had reason to believe was powerful was shot N2. The kills so far have been incredibly standard and there is nothing weird about them at all.

I think it is very reasonable to assume that if wolves shoot Sloonei N1 and got no kill, they assumed there was some protective role out there, and so N2, they made sure to shoot someone who was definitely a threat to scum, but wasn't a huge townleader likely to get a protect. Kito I think fits that spot very well.

1.) Mac responded here in less than a minute, so Mac seems hyper-aware of when Sonny was posting, even though I don't think he commented meaningfully about Sonny prior to this.

2.) Mac and Sonny are both Aussies. I'd have to look into time zones more carefully, but this wasn't far into D2, possibly not far enough into D2 to justify Mac responding to the inactivity of a fellow weird-timezone-er in this way.

Furthermore his POEs have been largely accurate and he has shown enough paranoia of strong players to be townie but not enough that I'd think he's mafia trying to break up the towncore.

orangecrush tried to get us to suspect him for really bad reasons. nutella treated Mac in an extremely "appeasement" way, saying "ah Mac will just reverse his read on me in a bit or else I'll know he's scum". This is almost like she is hoping/begging that Mac will drop his attack against her, and certainly not something you'd expect to see from her treating a bussing teammate. So that makes two scum that have treated him in a very distinctly nonpartnery way, and nutella is well known for giving good spew (see Owner).

Taken as a totality Mac has been a force for good this game and the mafia have treated him in ways that do not appear partnered.

Attacks? This question to you was only half a trick question. Even if you're town, you should ask yourself, what scumteam lets OC go at Mac like she did. It wasn't just one attack.

No, I was thinking about Mac because I just wrote a post about tinfoiling him, then I remembered he attacked Sonny pretty harshly in an interaction we had, so I went back in my ISO to find it, and quoted it, and I think it looks great for Mac.

You described it as a situation having little pressure on Sonny. I disagree.

The only thing that has happened is that he hasn't been in thread at all since, with the exception of one post he just made a few minutes, and I immediately asked him to respond to the point you're referencing. No one has commented on him or the points I made, so it has just been kind of waiting for him. I don't think he is a name that has been thrown out much for a shot target by others, but I am still very wary of him.

I told an untruth. I just checked his ISO and he has popped in a few other times since, but he hasn't responded to the points I made against him.
