I'm pretty sure her last post was before I voted for her, so no her content did not change my mind. I also was only on her for like 15 minutes. I was on Wilgy and Marmot and Ender too. Hell, I even voted Jay at some point.

I also agree that a red Wilgy would mean that we need to carefully look at Jay. I have had a strong sense that Jay has been trying to save Wilgy since early today when he did IMO not very good disassociations, and pushed people to only vote Wilgy if they could build a good team for Wilgy to be on.

When you first pushed me (for mistaken reasoning) marmot fanned the flames, you both being the first ones to think that i’m not town seriously, alison was ambivalent about me and said i did a poor job of responding. then jjj hops on and randomly puts me in low town, just above PoE. nothing else has happened but i assume it would have if i got another vote, because as jjj said nobody has a solid reason to townread me. besides the fact i feel town or whatnot, which can change very easily and ends up being influence, which jjj would have.

scum would try to do this because i am a newish player and the weakest one in towncore/getting the most townreads, therefore degenerating towncore

I don't think I'd count it against Jay that he put you as low town. You got an initial burst of townreads because you felt comfortable in the thread, but you aren't exactly the most content-dense person, and while you have had a few decent takes today, I think that was mostly after this (I could be getting timelines messed up though), so I don't think it is unusual for someone to trend downwards when they aren't generating strong townie content.

Scum could try to do that, but town would as well. Are you saying you think JJJ is scum here? Do you believe JJJ/Marmot are scum together coordinating an attack on you, hoping I would have pushed along with them?

Lost in Space (hustle) and Team Fortress 2 (job I think) are recent Wilgy town games. Idk any Wilgy scum games. He also might have other more recent town games that I wasn't a part of (unless you know, you want to get all solipsistic on me and suggest that nothing outside of myself actually exists).

Yesterday Marmot skated by without anyone caring, making some, for the lack of better words, mousey posts. My vore didn't garner any push from anyone else (but that can be because Falcon was already an easy push so wolves didn't care).

Whereas today Marmot was pushed pretty quickly on the start of the day. I feel like there was an expectation that I would come in guns blazing for Marmot.

Why would you be expected to come in guns blazing at Marmot?

I am not pushing Lucy (okay, I did push her for a bit because I thought she slipped with something, but then once that was resolved, I dropped that push like it was a microphone and I just won a rap battle). Marmot though, yeah you should rethink there.

I haven't actually played with Jay, but he hasn't been as strong of a "town leader with thread control" presence as I expected, though he's definitely still directing traffic. How does his clout here compare with other games you've played with him? Like, 1) is there a difference in activity level and 2) is that part of your wariness.

I actually haven't played with Jay as much as many others here, so you might be asking the wrong person. The one time I saw him when I was town, in terms of direct thread control he was probably similar to this. Jay is not overbearing as town leader, instead he wields a lot of indirect thread control due to the respect others (rightfully) have for him.

So no, I do not notice a major difference in activity (do you find him inactive?) and no this does not affect my read of him.
