There are like 7 answers to this question. I will provide 2.

1.) There is an unexplained phenomenon in mafia that may or may not be backed up by statistics that a D1 wolf flip actually leads to more town losses than wins.

2.) Falcon's biggest strength IMO as a wolf is anti-spew. It is very hard to use Falcon's ISO to find their partner's post-flip, and people who try more often end up misyeeting rather than hitting teammates.
