Admittedly I kept going back and forth about svs all game. She is a huge blind spot for me and while she was always a NK option, I just couldn't pull the trigger. (One of these days, I just have to kill you to get over it. lol.) We were convinced she was the LD at first but I kept saying "She would have checked me." I was trying SOOOOOOOOO hard not to make a statement that was checkable just in case. LOL.

With teefies being so uninvolved none of us had a problem throwing him under the bus. (Though really, my days of protecting the herd when I'm bad are long over. I'll toss any of them under the buss if I need to and actively encourage them to do the same for me.) Had Devin not been NKed - I would have voted him if I thought it would have saved my skin.

CBK - I knew you were trying to help. I'm sorry I pretended not to believe you. I do also really agree with SVS about indis in general. And she really does say that in every game. The only game I can think of her not saying that was the one on RM where she *was* said indi in question and that scenario was completely different from this one. I was still trying to prov my "civness" - I wanted to help lynch someone from both baddie teams and agree with the potential dangerous indi. Sorry CBK.

I really thought svs and bass were civ at the end. I was convinced dex and either vomp or dp were bad. I even agreed with the numbers - that there were likely 3 civs and 2 baddies left in that last lynch I participated in. I kept going through every scenario I could think of to get some kind of advantage in my vote and I just couldn't see one so I took the high road out. (or what I thought was the high road.) The way I saw it, If I helped Dex lynch SVS, she'd die - civs would be down and the corp would just NK me the next night (as they had the kill.)

Super well done Bass - you had me 100 percent fooled the whole way through. Bravo!

Oh - also - someone asked about Devin's insanifying. He very smartly (I thought) was trying to mimic the Foley insanify hoping someone would connect him to the role. That's why Piper only insanified every so often.

Great game! Great host! Great team! Mata was super helpful to have around even though she was deaded by the time I got there and I loved having Devin as a teammate.

Also - while it was slighly frustrating to not have links to the lynches and night posts, I have to say - forcing me to read as much of the thread as possible during my catch up helped me out quite a bit. So yay there too!

lol - I just NOW realized that I typed a DP up there when I ment a DF. Yea - I was super that cranky when I typed that.

Dex is not my BTS partner. I read it as he was assuming I was a baddie and propposed getting rid of you - you, me and bass are really the only ones left pretty actively talking in the thread. Getting rid of you would hurt the remaining civs pretty badly.

Unfortunately for him, the undertaker's still around somewhere and sending in pm's even if he isn't posting in the thread so I think after today it's pretty certian that dex is indeed a baddie and mayhap he tilted his hand too early. In any event, I'll be actively rooting for a civ victory.

I'm VERY proud of the game I played from my start to my end so there's no hard feelings or anything toward anyone. This game, like the Beatles game will always hold a very strong spot in my heart (and I hate wrestling! :hide:). Well done host! Thanks for being such formidable opponants and teammates to all the players involved.

and svs - I've been agreeing with you - because this game - more than any I've played with you in ages - feels like your old HV civ svs self. That Svs - I've not seen around in like forever. And this game, more than any - to me - represents everything from that old time of your play style. It has nothing to do with trying to kiss up or anything - it's just I *know* you are civ so I know you are my teammate. I'd be honestly and truely shocked if at end game, you came up baddie.

MP said that early in the game Summer's responses felt logical and genuine.

and that MP also said you were FIRMLY CIV. (and MP may or may not defend teammates depending on which teammate it is apparently)

ultimately - I think there is more thread evidence that Devin might be bad than DP - I think DP might be the next person we think about during the next day phase. I think I'd like to see him come and talk me out of why I should vote him the next day phase. But given what's been said about Devin and how he has replied to it - I am fairly confident placing my vote there.

Six of us who have not already voted are likely to vote, counting DP~ so maybe that should be five. AP may or may not. We are down to the wire. I feel most confident of a DP or Devin lynch~ if i do start taking votes, I will vote AP if i have to to save myself, since i really do not know if he is civ or not. I will not break my ass to actively save Dex, but i find it unlikely he is bad. He mostly says that "OMG I AM SO BAD" stuff when he is a disinterested civ, he just does not talk at all when he is a baddie or lets his teammates lynch him for cred. Which does make Vomps votes for him kinda more intriguing.

i'm good either way. I appriciate that devin came in and tried to defend, but I've not been all that impressed with what he's had to say.

I'd still way more like to hear lots more from dp - and vompi and matty -

Linki: I think both of them are bad still. It would have looked really good for Epi had SVS been lynched rather than CBK and flipped baddie. Now suddenly I'm the only one voting for SVS so far? From your post, I'd believe a vote for epi first. It sounds like he's the guy you think is bad. I don't see the svs suspish. I've read her as pretty firmly civ the whole game.

I get your about lurking too - I really do. And that said, if someone wants to lurk they also have just as you and I do - the option to be completely invisible.

I'm not saying Matty is bad soley because he's obviously logging onto the site but not posting, more expressing frustration because well.... there's only so many talkers in this game left alive and how are we ever supposed to decide who to vote for if people don't talk more?

ok - so it's general inconsistant beliefs. I get it now. First he was firmly in epi's corner, then when it didn't suit him, you and epi were baddie teammates etc etc etc. that *added* with MP's being insistent that he was civ - I can see where you are coming from.

I'm cool with Devin or DP - I also *really* think at some point we *need* to address the whole WOG thing. I know you, svs, tend to feel that *really* quiet players are likely civ as they don't have a team to edge them on or beg for replacement but I think this point needs thinking out:

IDK if DF allows group pm's, but my issue with her is that she's still in this game without a single post or vote the whole game. I replaced in for someone and it *wasn't* the person without a single vote or post the whole game. This makes me think that perhaps she is a baddie and whomever is on that baddie team is allowed to send in her night actions.

And - you make a solid point re: DP - I'd like the porc to come talk and defend or something since his laptop miraculously works again but I'm not going to hold my breath.

I don't know a lot about devin at all. TBH, he's VERY hard for me to read. I know you've suspected him from the beginning and that makes me take pause, but honestly, I don't remember outside of the fact that MP was sooo insistent that he was civ, why you are convinced devin is bad. It's a case I'm totally willing to revisit, I just need some reminders.

That said, I don't know why devin is so convinced you are bad either. Outside of the fact that you've been gunning him all game.

How are we feeling about A person? Epi pointed out a couple of posts that sounded to epi a bit "forced" a few pages ago. (Did I sum up your thoughts on it well enough epi?)

He hasn't voted the last 2 lynches despite being around. I've had a general blendy vibe coming from him the whole game.

DP may be an interesting choice.

Yea. I have to say - I'm with svs here. I always want to give them (indies) a chance because that's *my* nature, but she is right. an indi with access to the ninja's kill is dangerous to keep around. There's no avoiding it. We can try to "make a deal" only to have it ultimately bite us in the ass when he steal the kill again.
