Actually, an Alison / Colin world makes a lot of sense and her going for Carotte her seems on par with that. Colin already had Carotte pinned as a vote since yesterday - there's no reason to make him look weird by switching when Alison can just do that instead and just say me and Carotte are likely to be together, prevents her from actually being scrutinised for her Carotte read and can just be like "well it's this or the other"

Her actual read of Carotte iirc was blatant OMGUS but there's a chance I'm blowing it out of proportion. May have to recheck that one, but it was something amongst the lines of "You wouldn't think I'm scum based off me being alive" and building off that.

I think today makes sense in very specific worlds that mostly include Alison

Looking back on it her approach was opportunistic, if she's a wolf that knows Wilgy flips town then of course she'd side with me there. Struggling to figure out why her read of me would change just because Wilgy flipped town. I basically am a villager regardless of what he flips, her reason for town reading me shouldn't change her read on me today, if that makes sense? It looked like a predatory shift for today in order to seal the deal at F5, I don't get why she is flip flopping so much on it given that she was the one to start the idea that me and Wilgy could be v/v in the first place. Seems disingenuous.

She said I'd never do that as scum (true) and she doesn't see the benefits. The read changing when the reasoning didn't just looks wolf indicative. It doesn't make sense at all.

Also, I thought her read on you was pretty horrible - I still struggle to grasp the depth of it and it's just a silly read to make with such confidence on D5, unless she had good reasons to suspect the lower half of the PoE, which she looked like she didn't for the most part.

The one thing I question though is why she'd take the Carotte tunnel as a scum over me? The only explanation I can really find is that maybe Carotte unravelled her team and so she panicked and went at Carotte because she was scared, which doesn't look very realistic given what I heard about her. Although maybe that would add an element of WIFOM that would distract us from the fact that a proto kill is a kill that Alison always makes.

Everyone just needs to understand that me and Wilgy have already been a point of contention and I think Wilgy is a wolf. If I am correct - I am hard cleared and we solidify the PoE and bring more stability to our early town clears depending on votes, or we could flip them, again, depending on votes.

I haven't interacted with a lot of people at the time of their deaths and barely mentioned names - me and Carrote didn't really cross paths in thread whenever she posted and I always kept getting sidetracked by other slots that I cared about sorting / I had other questions towards people at that time, plus I believed she was fairly fine during D1, at which point I kinda just rocked with that read, as I have with multiple people like proto and Alison, so I didn't really care for her posts but I carried on with that town read in the back of my mind.

I still am not bothered by what Carotte is doing here in case you wanted a read. I think considering Alison here is natural, I myself am quite baffled by her Nanook read and I question whether it's just plain TMI and the fact she's still breathing despite being the literal counterwagon is even worse but I'm repressing my urges until you're flipped.

The reality is that most of my reads change because of my longevity but I realise I'm never dying in this game, unless I am yeeting scum you today and Alison is a scum, like that's pretty much the only world where I die in, I think, so that's why I don't really see a reason to re-evaluate until I have your flip.

TH seemed extremely town to me. I have never seen Wilgy play like this that I can recall but he hasn’t alarmed me at all.

To be fair I don't really put much stock on D1 reads unless I have very strong reason to do so, mostly revolving around EoD play. Being townie on D1 as a scum is easy.

Can you do some world building with Wilgy scum? Do you think it's Wilgy / LC still?

I have this world view because me not being engaged in the game too much and not being a subject of discussion has lead me to be more objective. When people don't talk about my reads / make me doubt them, I have more conviction because I'm a pretty good player. People gaslighting me are what makes me doubt myself usually.

You're thinking it's possible that anyone is scum at this point because you were immersed in the game state and are paranoid as a result, while I wasn't absorbed by the thread state and most of my reads and pushes were made after the thread moved on from talking about them.

That's why I have town reads on a lot of people and I remained with a PoE that looks good enough for me that you seem to ignore because you'd rather mindlessly flip me instead of trying to actually read me. It's quite annoying as it is. I'd much rather spend my time figuring scum and arguing with them than with one of my villas.

I'm giving you exactly 3 posts to ask whatever you want out of me and afterwards I'm gonna scum hunt - if you don't find me that's your fault.

I don’t put too much stock into any “meta reads” because I don’t know how to reliably read Mac. I don’t have any tells or something like that. I’m not a soul reader.

However, I do know that scum have TMI and town don’t. I take pride in having >rand accuracy on any read I might have on people, and Mac’s progression on 112 and Nutella is just something that scum rarely do, in my opinion.

As I see it, Mac would’ve had to have used that exact progression on someone as a town before and remember it as a wolf and then fit it perfectly within the context of this game.

I just can’t see it.

Nanook has done virtually nothing this game ; I think this is the next logical yeet fmpov. I believe Nanook would at least attempt to shift the tides somehow. (no offence Nanook, didn't mean to come off as rude) Nanook does the not solving shtick a lot more as mafia than town and I believe reads saying otherwise to be incorrect. He's much more dedicated in town games and has a desire for solving everything.
