yeah, I know, I was in space invaders, but my policy is that if someone is trying to bus their scum buddy I should help them do it. so either way LC is the vote whether or not mac is town or scum. like I said I'm not gonna hard clear mac as town or anything but I do like his LC interactions.

ted I think you are probably town here so I'll just address you concisely. I am aware that Mac has enough ability to fake this as scum and I am also keeping the possibility in mind that he could be leading me down the wrong direction. I'm just saying that signs point to green from my point of view. You seem to believe that I am locktowning Mac forever when I'm not doing anything like that. It's page 6. Take it as page 6. If Mac is scum trust that I will get there that he is not to be trusted because his pushes will turn sour eventually.

it actually makes no sense for LC to know he's town and also believe that alison/chard is the wolf team? like if that's the world he lives in then he should be believing that one of alison/mac is scum pocketing the other, and it makes very little sense for him to come to the conclusion that alison is the one doing the pocketing with the way the game has played out so far.

yeah, this is probably one aspect of the mac playstyle I will not be taking with me after I leave this game. it's not really fun or pro-town and it leads to frustration and dumb things happening.

I'm reading nanook wolf for the "bite my shiny metal ass" bit. it feels ott and not that in line with the way he's treated scumreads on his townreads when he is town. ime he generally tends to go "well I think X is >rand town actually" and a shrug emoji, maybe with a brief snippet of reasoning if he feels so inclined.

To be clear I'm not saying no reads = scum. I'm saying when you ask a ton of questions of other people and basically try really hard to look like you're solving and then at the end you don't have anything to show for it that's scummy.

They ask questions of other people about their reads but there's no followthrough. They aren't interested.

same reasons I scumread char really. Forced "LAMIST" attitude, weird questions that lead nowhere, weird handling of page 1/2 scumreads ("alison is making a federal case off one line!" after i already explained I was trying out more first post reads this game/"i townread alison for this incredibly weak reason that is trivially easy and common to fake") that makes me think they're more afraid of the early suspicion than they're trying to let on, and 0 attempts at actual solving

i guess it’s not the conflict itself i have an issue with. i agree conflict can often bring about positive change, and if that’s what it takes for you both to be on good terms with each other again that’s ok

what i maybe moreso take issue with is bringing it into this game thread as opposed to resolving it privately with the mod on duty. since now everyone is kinda roped into your conflict and it sours the game for us too, whereas it should really should just be between you both. but this is just my feeling, and im probably overreacting just because im very sensitive to conflict

really the thing tutuu has to do to be on good terms with me again is very simple and it's to just stop claiming scum every game. I don't think it's an unreasonable request

I mean the way to do it is to pretend to break them up but in an extremely ineffectual way so you just make them more annoyed and committed to fighting with each other and then you get the best of both worlds.

Hally's desire to see people they enjoy playing with not have conflict with each other trumps their desire to get a free advantage by letting them fight as scum.

I'm nowhere near a paragon of mafia I just know enough to know your behavior is incredibly bad. I made syndicate my homesite because it was the one place that consistently ran games without trolls or game ruiners so I'm not pleased to find someone who insists on claiming scum every game out of ego joining every game I play. You have already attracted scumreads from hally and chardonnay as a result of your behavior so reconsider your attitude that it's harmless.

it's worth trying for one game to see what aspects of it I feel is worth integrating into my usual playstyle

but I'll give reasoning here anyway because I'm alison enough that I can't resist. while it's probably within scum range for tutuu to do this as scum, I think this is >rand town because I do not believe that tutuu would wish to risk me attacking her/trying to policy her really early in the game if she was scum. it's much more psychologically easy to do this as town because if I kill her and she flips town she gets to feel like it wasn't her fault/that it was my tunnelling that made town lose, whereas if she flips scum it's just embarassing for her
