The tldr is that there’s only three roles in the game, there’s two green role flips, I have doubt there’s a third town role rather than the third role being scum, and Hally has STRONGLY hinted that they could potentially save themselves

Hally is sorta kinda almost claiming a way to survive in a game with mod-confirmed only three PRs and two flipped town PRs

Do you guys think town has three PRs? Do you think Hally claims a way to survive if she’s doesn’t have it? Do you think if she does have it she ever doesn’t use it if she’s mafia?

By far the safest play today is to TK Hally, if she’s mafia it makes sure she dies, if she’s town we don’t actually lose anything.

And if there’s actually more than three we just blame GMan for running a secret bastard game kek

Hally surviving wouldn’t make her any more or less town than she already is. Poisoner being town means being able to self heal isn’t an AI thing.

why I am clearing Ash: Ash was one of the most driving forces behind the TSP wagon and was basically hardpushing him from the start of the game, TSP also seemed legitimately bothered by his push on him in a way that scum aren't usually bothered by their teammates' pushes on him and spent a fair amount of time trying to discredit it. Without Ash TSP ?probably? wouldn't have even been a major wagon on D1.

do I think this is still valid: yes, I do. while obviously bussing is a known phenomenon that exists, I doubt that Ash (who as I understand it is relatively less experienced)? would immediately hard-bus a more experienced partner. additionally, TSP's spew is a good look for him -- TSP spends the most time trying to discredit TSP's scumread on him out of any of the people that had been pushing him.

why I am clearing 112: I thought the thing where she came into the thread and immediately started calling the most consensus villagers wolves was a good look, I didn't think a wolf was likely to do that. Also, I thought the ways in which Tony hedged on her were most likely to indicate a wolf partner TMIing her V, rather than a W/W interaction.

do I think this is still valid: ...probably not, like, these are reasons that exist but I'm not sure they're strong enough to have 112 as lock V on D4 still

idk GTH 112 is still a villager but I'm less confident in that

why I am clearing Nanook: he "feels" like a villager, like, when I read his posts I'm like 'these feel like posts that were written by a villager and not posts that were written by a wolf.' His defense of TSP in itself is kind of WifoM but I think some aspects of how he handled it point to him being a wrong villager over him being a wolf - e.g. him clearing me for clearing TSP right after EoD1 doesn't really seem like a thing written about a partner trying to powerwolf. I ... don't really know how to explain it?

also some of his approach on D1 doesn't really feel like how a wolf would approach things, when Vul and I were dancing around each other I think a wolf with TMI that Vul and I were V/V would feel more pressure to maintain initial consistency with his early townread on me.

If they’re valid d2 they’re valid D4. Reasons to TR someone don’t lose validity over time, they either get outweighed by reasons to scumread them or they don’t.

The relevant reason to TR arete is Vul, not their handling of TSP.

We should probably be trying to cut down a bit on volume at this point (obviously I’m as guilty or more than anyone besides Hal “champs finale blue balled me cause I rolled scum and got red checked so now I’m using all that pent up energy to post 500 times a day” ly), I think the game is probably becoming pretty hard to follow for some people, and it’s already hard to sift through for anyone. I’ll try to cut back on the volume of memes and jokes, if people like ash/Hally/vulgard etc. could try to...don’t change your style obviously, but maybe try to condense a bit or summarize a bit more, I think that might be helpful for thread health and to keep people from burning out of this game by EOD3
