or alternatively

you are the poison healer. twice in the game you may choose a player during the day. if they have been poisoned, they will not die that day.

You must be unfamiliar with poison mechanics because being able to fake it is a common part of the role.
To Mac's credit it is true that Gnome's survival suggests the presence of a fake poison. However, poisoners are not usually permitted to self target.
Now doubt has crept in when she suggests a fake poison. This is the part that is conjecture because there is no way that anyone but the poisoner knows about the existence of a fake poison.

There is 0 mechanical basis, incentive, or reason for me to perceive that from my position given what has happened with the game and the notable oddities it has had.

If I were suspecting Gnome, then sure. I could suspect that maybe they were healed by themselves or something. But I don't need to be a town 1-shot healer in order to suspect Gnome. And there is no "should".

i also might have said this already but the initial plan was to come into day 6 with a claimed green on whoever I thought the last wolf was but then poison didn't go off and poison didn't hit and the numbers just didn't work out at that point for that kinda bs

god i pride myself on being good at this I should have come up with the poison suicide vest way earlier
