And you know, @Wilgy, that was a good question, what did I think of the flips.

I think we should all answer that, periodically, even if just in our legacies. Since one of the poll options is "All the threats are gone". There could be an eventual point where the baddies are all gone, and we keep playing and yeeting each other. I think I would not vote for that option till we had 2 nights in a row with no NK's, but I think that is a very good question to keep in mind.

I think Cape was town for sure. I was iffy on Scotty till he killed Lily; I had seen him with a similar role recently and I thought it was "convenient" that the role he claimed was what it was until he acted on it, which he had done in that other game as well.

I had no read on Lily and tbh I didn't read any of the back and forth she had going on, that kind of thing tends to make me anxious. I'm one of those people irl who has to leave the room if people start arguing loudly or seriously. There was alot of nuance I didn't understand in the bits I did read, and I didn't understand why Robyn wanted her dead if they weren't sure Lily was bad.

I know the consensus on Porscha was town, but I wasn't so sure of that. I felt that this post misrepresented what actually happened, whether that was intentional, I can't say. But if definitely swayed my thoughts on her.

I also had mixed feels on Brad. I also was recalling that game where he was your partner, and he stayed involved even after he took alot of suspish after you lost your third teammate. Before he fell off, he was maybe my top town read, but people who know him better than I seem to be saying falling off = bad. But all the open calls and reads he was making day one were a good look to my eye, even if one of his calls was that I was possibly bad

Jack I had no real opinion on, I recently misread him terribly and I was thinking to follow other peoples leads on him this game for that reason.

Re the living, I think LC is town, I think Nanook is prolly town, I think WWA is town, I lean town on Robyn, I still think her directing is a town thing for her. Abigails tone is towny, but I don't read her very well. I haven't seen enough of you to know.

Boquise, Ender and Bereft I have no idea. They're part of a group that mainly plays in other places and seems to know each other well. So at times I feel i don't 100% get what they're talking about. I need to reread them.

I went back and reread a few people last night, and I don't care who crucifies me, I think LC is town. He's putting himself out there in a way I doubt bad LC would. I think his tone is different to what many people are used to, and it can be hard to find him town. Like it's hard to find ME town. We come from the same home forum, where being cagey and hard to pin down kept you alive. I still have trouble looking for villagers as opposed to hunting wolves. It's hard to fight against "not finding someone town", especially for vague reasoning.

1. Marmot voted on D1 so he probably won't die unless he doesn't vote today. Either way, his absence is hugely concerning to me at this point.
2. I think the janitor left the "torn scraps" hint on Porscha. The others who died with no legacy just didn't leave a legacy, which is why I've been yelling for people to write legacies for a while now.
3. I don't know if Rondo is a fan of multiball or not so I didn't give that any thought at all.

Re 2 that had not occurred to me. And Multiball, like everything, is conjecture in what is basically an experimental game like this. I try hard to keep an open mind re mechanics, and I always keep an open mind re Rondo ha ha

And I'm being paranoid re Marmots votes, I know. I played a game once years ago where you took punishment votes for various things, and my bad teammate broke rules fairly regularly, so we used our secret extra vote to kinda wash their votes. It's the only game I ever saw this in, and I don't recall the game, so it is not a likely mechanic, but I think some paranoia is healthy in a civvie.

It was fairly straightforward; based on how you voted Cape felt the two of you were opposing alignments. You recall I asked you about Marmot and this maybe a day or so ago? Having read alot (but not really talked) I believe you're town, so Marmot, according to Capes legacy, which I think is sound, probably is not town.

I myself am not the best at making deductions like that, and I was pretty sure Cape was town. I felt they had a good grip on things, and I want to follow up on their legacy.

Following up on Capes legacy is important to me. So one of Marmot or Long Con I guess. I'm sure I'll get another juice box for this, but no legacies is disappointing. If they're town it can help pinpoint night actions and help get some info into the thread, and if bad, finding bits of misinfo can lead to verifying they were a wolf.

Like, for instance, when Scotty died, I was a bit skeptical of his legacy since he had had a very similar role in the recent past, and it isn't the commonest role. But then he shot Lily, and that confirmed his legacy for me.

I'm a bit confused by this? Marmot followed Robyns vote in the Day One elimination poll, the one that counted. He said he randomed Bereft in the night poll, which appears to only be a place keeper for the poll, and then LC followed him. He made a lets vote together post before Marmot voted. It didn't look like anyone was guiding Marmots vote, Marmot voted first.

I'm not trying to defend LC; I did that in the last two games we played and he was bad. But I think I'm missing something regarding what is being said in these posts.

I don’t want to vote for LC or LC. I felt good about Brad Day 1, and I think my Cerberus Con vapors were based on him having fooled me the last two games we played. That put aside, I think he looks open and involved. I think the flak he took over his list was people being overly picky.

I voted off wagon for Lily because she had one post. End of story. And considering that i voted her 6 hours before EOD, when anything could have happened, it would be a stupid move for a wolf when votes can't be moved. Which i can guarantee you wolf SVS would have thought of.

I talked about boq earlier. I think the way he described how Porsche was coming across and why her behavior seemed wolfy pinpointed my exact interpretation of it, but in a much better way. It felt nuanced enough to be towny. In the end I disagreed with his conclusion because I decided Porscha was town, but I don't disagree with boq's methodology or observations. I can see all of that coming from town who thinks they're on the right track and is working off small details that they normally catch wolves for.

Svs i don't have much elaboration on, it's just what I said before about her nonchalant vote on lily being so bad that it probably came from town (when she said it's between marmot and lily, but marmot said he had wifi issues, so she would vote lily instead). Like, I don't think svs would be oblivious to the risk that she would get widely wolfread for how bad that vote was in a game where votes are locked.

I had to go to bad and they were the two lowest posters, they each had one post at the time. Her one post was “Hi”

It didn’t occur to me that it would look bad and I’m still not sure I understand why it was bad lol

I don't have as much experience overall with Robyn as many here, but I don't recall seeing Robyn trying to control the thread, and other peoples actions, when they're bad. I have seen them do it when town.

I mean it’s been a while since I’ve been in BTSC with partners but from my experience, wolves aren’t reminding each other rule clarifications in chat like ‘now partners, remember, plurality voting +1 starting day 2, so be prepared!’

Wow you really haven’t been bad in a while. Wolves have to be on top of rules, how else go they manipulate town in a game like this with unique rules?

The only ping I had was LC and that was kinda associated with how I viewed his interaction with Scotty. So when I townleaned Scotty, that somewhat invalidated the LC suspish. Plus he took some sus for his list, but I found it somewhat towny that he posted one at all.

I knew it wasn’t aimed at me but it seemed like a good conversation starter question. So I answered it.

It’s still early on the west coast so Marmot could pop in. It’s also possible people didn’t realize it was a 24/24 cycle.

I have to vote in the next two hours. I see I’m taking suspish, but I won’t be here for the last 6 hours of day, so I’ll prolly just vote suspish, or sheep someone I t/read and not worry too much about voting for self preservation.

Ebwop, In a game like this, lots of one line posts from lots of people, having their own conversations, I don’t have much of a grip on who said what yet.

I’m reading more for tone than content at this point.

I don’t specifically sr you here so much as it’s a default, and now that I know that about *myself*, I take account of it in my reads.

I don’t have much in the way of wolf reads yet. I found LC/Scotty’s dynamic to initially seem a bit odd, but I feel better about Scotty since then, so meh.

My first strong town read was Brad, prolly stronger than you. My read of him was based on what he said, for you it was how you said it if that makes sense.

GTH is hard, but LC is the only ping I have, and it’s meh. Nothing has jumped out at me.

@EnderWiggin Scotty and I have spent a lot of Day Ones circling each other.

I recognized something in him that I’ve seen before. If you think it looks like TMI, ok.
