It was pretty obscure I guess. I knew what the radio did (allowed you to pick the music for the posts and gave you btsc with someone) and I knew you had it so at one point I complimented Epi on his musical selections. I thought you might see that and know it was a shoutout to you. I figured you had both found a way to substantiate that the other was civ so I believed you to be almost the whole game.

I can't speak for Nutella. but it was fortuitous for the civs I think that she and I got BTS. I always suspect her, and tbh, there were points this game where I was worried she was bad, and I would not be surprised if she felt the same. Long stretches of time where our chat went quiet, lol. That remark I made that Sprit got a snip of, that was kind of me looking at her like, "OK, are you bad?" and at one point she made an observation and said to me, "I hope you can see that" and I think that was sort of the same. I trusted her, but I had moments of paranoia.

I think we trusted but also tiptoed around each other a bit. I enjoyed having BTS with her becasue it helped me understand some of the changes in the TS culture while I took my break. Plus having someone with such an excellent musical ear made excelling as DJ easier since I was trying to impress HER.

Also, I came super close to protecting Kyle last night since I felt all the "target this person" was painting a big target on him, lol.

Most people are thinking if it's one team, there are 5 baddies on it. Four baddies are dead.

It isn't a *sure* thing, we could be wrong, there could be two teams, there could be a team of six, and so forth, but one team of five seems a good estimate. But yeah, no one knows for sure.

And Elohs role has more civ utility than baddie utility imo, especially as she used it, to narrow it down to those many came to a consensus on.

I would strongly oppose lynching Kyle if his shot does not go through tonight. Too many variables out of his control.

I'm not complaining about my upcoming demise. Kylemii, if telling the truth, has a lot of value. But if he doesn't use it soon, like tonight, I'd lynch the heck out of him for having such a simple role claim.

You don't think he may be blocked tonight? If there is a bad blocker (or item) or a 3P block, or a civ blocker taking suspicion, that he would not be a likely target for a block?

I thought it was obvious who it was, it might account for some of the vouching you questioned earlier in the game . I know who they are, they know who I am.

Well, this was a productive day and a good use of the whoevers power this was. We came into today with a (mostly) core group of suspects, these three, Jay, who died bad in the night, and Eloh (and based on the BTS snippets, I have my doubts there).

And it appears we feel better about these three.

So time for new eyes and time to reassess.

I came into today thinking I would vote for sprit but after reading all this I believe him. I need to think on this.

I feel better about Chuck than about Kyle. But I will sleep on my vote and read Kyle again.

Yes, yes it is. It reads like it's DH posting what they are saying in the chat room to make people forget him and lynch Nutella next if he managed to get people to get off him and onto Luna. She was the vote that lynched Luna. If worse came to worst and DH WAS lynched, they could then use that to make Luna look civvier. Which is exactly what happened. Had Nutella not clinched it with that votye, Luna wasn't lynched. I don't see that as teammate behavior.

He is obfuscating and manipulating, the thing at which DH excels.

re Kyle, for me it is not unlike how it was for Luna. In that recent game, I suspected her so I paid ALOT of attention to her. And she flipped civ, and I was wrong. So I wanlked away with a fairly deep image of what a civ Luna looks like. When I go hard, and I am wrong, I learn from it. Like last years GOC, I learned alot about Chuck becasue I tunnelled him so hard, and I was wrong.

Then, in here, Luna looked NOTHING like that person. Nothing. So I paid alot of attention to her, and looked for thread to bolster my feelings. It's how I play.

Kyle does not look even a bit like he did as a civ, when for various reasons, I paid a great deal of attention to him in that game as well, becasue sorting him was very important to me. Kyle and Luna are the two people in this thread whom I feel strongest about in my reads for this reason. I spent a lot of time assessing their games in the recent past.

@S~V~S and @Juliets - Can you explain your thoughts on Jay and Kyle?

See it's posts like that that are the reason I can't clear you. That "Derp". Making someone feel silly for having a suspicion most don't is baddie 101. It's also not something I associate with you as an individual. I don't know you IRL, but you don't strike me as someone who says things like "derp" to people. And as I said, "would" is like the word "but" to me. Everything that comes after it is questionable. It's speculation. I have seen a team NK their own member for cred; ALL the teammates violently bus each other out of the gate; out another teammate with fake info, lots of other things I can't recall. Most of us playing in the 10 or 10+ year range have seen more shenanigans than we can remember.

So "would" has a place, but it should not be at the head of the table in pride of place.

Jay is being opportunistic in his votes and vague in his suspicions. I know he said he was going to low ball this game, but in the time it took him to write some of those "Dear Dad" schtick posts early in the game he could have written three earnest, real posts. I don't buy the schtick, it felt to me like he was hiding behind it. He felt like he was pocketing people right and left. He does not feel even remotely genuine to me. With love, Jay

Kyle I have to pull quotes etc. But it is more thread based with him. His waffly thing yesterday followed by no actual vote ... I actually did that in a game once to avoid voting for a teammate. Said I was voting the teammate but "forgot" in a close lynch. I am not seeing the same person I saw in a recent game where he was civ. When I have more time later I will pull quotes for you. If I forget to do it, tag me this evening.

I would be interested in Juliets take on Kyle as well becasue I believe he replaced MP, who Juliet took flak for poking out of the gate.

I would agree, I doubt she is bad, but I can't clear her. I would argue against her lynch at this stage should anyone suggest it, we have people who look was worse than her.

Linki @Jules, just like I would with Eloh, I would argue against an Enri lynch at this point. I would rather lynch based on a real thread based suspicion as opposed to being a low poster unless there is a reason for it. In a closed set up, there is no way to know what is *not* happening like there was in Asunder, which makes pinpointing low posters harder. But my qualification is based on "would", so like I said this is grain of salt. I have seen Enri lose interest and split before. I don't recallhim doing it as a baddie, but I have not played every game he has, either, so I could totes be wrong.

And speculating on what someone "would" or "would not" not is fruitless imo. Anyone would do anything, and in some game probably has. "Would" should be banned from Mafia, lol. J/K I say it too. But I won't clear (or vote to lynch) based on "would".

My order would be Sprit, Kyle, Jay, and then Eloh. Everyone else I have reason to either feel good about or not actively bad.

As for Enri, he and I have a lot of gameplay things in common, we tend to think alike and react in similar ways. I think if Enri were bad, he possibly would not have ditched a team. I also think if he were on that team, a team would be more proactive on getting a replacement. So for those reasons, he is in my Twilight Zone. I would not spend a lynch on him at this stage when we still have people with thread based reasons for potential baddieism.

But you role claimed and that's different. I wouldn't tell who I targeted if I had a targeting power, but I didn't role claim.

Telling your targets is one possible way to prove whether your claim is truthful or not.

I did find it intriguing that after spending the better part of a day building and bolstering the wand case on Luna, Juliets abandoned it after one lukewarm reaction from Nutella.

At this point, I find myself tunnelling, so I am going to follow the vote of the person I most trust while I reread some things.

I have the radio, and it does not have an expiration. I know that when I have an item, or a one time power, I tend to use it ASAP in case I get killed, but that is me. I have the willpower of a three year old.

It's mostly because of the wand issue though. I had marked Luna off my suspects list until I found out she had the wand, compelled speed to vote Turnip, and says she just picked the two of them for no reason. I find it hard to believe a smart woman like Luna wouldn't have tried to use her item strategically or at least for some reason.

I did not get that far yet, thanks for the tl;dr. There is a lot of esoteric reasoning going on in this game, I am off the next two days and snow is coming in so I am made of time and hope to get a better grip on it.

I feel like a complete loser in this game re my gut, I will be pleased if I was right and she actually is bad. DH is super smart and a very audacious player, I am not so sure I would take his performance last night at face value.
