He went after LHF me in a wolfy way, which is what reminded me of this game, however I've kind of softened on this stance. I have my eye on him still, but there are some things this game that felt different than that game.

In skimming Seanzie's ISO in Hedgehog just to make sure that my read here was valid, I found Seanzie to be very different this game. Seanzie in Hedgehog was far more reserved.
I don't think I'd call my hedgehog play reserved. I created two yeets out of thin air (Bareft and you - I was the only wolf pushing both and I was the main push on both) while simultaneously changing the narrative on Lucy, protecting Lucy from going over. Burned all my towncred in the process, but left my team well-positioned to take over after my own eventual yeet.

Yeah, idk if that was the right word. I tried phrasing it like "he wasn't as blatant or jostling" but that didn't seem to quite fit either.

You had a precision that game re what you invested your energy in and I'm not seeing it here.

It was underwhelming, but the syn take is obviously a thumbs up

The game I player with her, she was rarely ever in thread like at all. The only time she ever was actively in discussions was eod 3, where we were waiting to hammer for the win. I also remember it was very surface level observations that I would have called out if I wasn't her teammate. But here there is a sort of nuance (idk if that the right word but I'm sticking with it), like the post talking about you and neon where she says "I don't agree with whatever Neon is seeing but it could be honest scumhunting" or whatever she said

It just felt like more thought went into it than the other game. Maybe that game was a fluke, but I'm stickin with this for now

Holes she got elimmed after I was killed so I wasnt really reading to solve but I remember that game was a low mafia presence sorta game where none of the mafia did anything

Tounge tied she went all out on getting a miselim and omgus'd anyone who pushed back, which could be what comes from that "explain votes" post

I think GtH can be superficial, but it can be helpful too. I’m not 100% sure of anyone this early, but I GTH’d, and decided that those people appeared to be Town to me. And yes, I know I could be wrong, but just guessing on performance so far.
Epig seems to be straightforward, not creating chaos ( which I associate more with his wolf game),
Splints - is such a good wolf that it’s hard for me to decide on her, just using meta. So looking at her posts only, I’d say she’s actively scum hunting.

Simply put, early in your fluff to read ratio was bad, and momentum, I get it, but then your read list early was also bad even as a joke post.

You had Dennis, SVS, Six, Falcon, Splints, Mata and Roxy as scum with Me/Syn as T.

You also made some not W/W associations.

Even if it was for shits and giggles, I don't see this being pro town. The maybe fake maybe real not W/W associations just makes me think you are saying things to appear towny.

Thank you. I’m not too lazy to scroll, I had just finished reading your list, so I had my answer. I have never played with either of you, so it’s hard to find ‘decent indicators of towniness’ when I haven’t seen either of you as mafia.

I would like to hear more from @Syn also, other than the one liners, but maybe that’s not her style.

It’s not that I expect everyone to have solid cases on everyone else on day 1, but I like to hear players thoughts on others, even if the thoughts aren’t solid yet.
When you get caught up, I would like to hear your thoughts, too. I am especially curious about your thoughts on people you have experience with, Like Splints and Roxy.

For me, I know it's town Roxy when she comes in with a big reads list and rains her honesty down on us. Haven't seen this yet, so until it happens, I'm not sure. As for Splints, it's super hard for me to tell her bad from her good game. She a reluctant baddie I know, but she also is quiet when town, so looking for some insight there.

@Roxy same, do you have a read on Splints yet?

I'm already seeing a difference in Splints between this game and the last one.

I find that W Splints has less "unique" thinking and is more inclined to go where the thread already is. T Splints voices things that haven't necessarily been contributed yet.

This game feels more T Splints.

I've known S~V~S a long time. Mafia S~V~S wouldn't jump out of her shoes from a host post that named her specifically with three people five minutes later. There would be some "what was that" behind the scenes before posting.

Because I reacted in real time when I saw the post. If I had a chatroom, I would WTF in there first, and wouldn't have said anything in thread. I don't have a chatroom, so i reacted in thread. And I understand his take, not just because it's me he's talking about, but becasue I tend to regard things of that nature the same way. I'm smoother when i'm bad becasue of that chatroom, and I think most people are as well.

And in this specific game, I was pretty much ignoring the *name* of my role, the players name (I actually had to look at my role PM again last night becasue I forgot it) becasue it really isn't relevant to the game, it's just flavor. So pretty much every night post when "S~V~S" kills someone is gonna freak me out a bit, but I'll keep it to myself from now on

I agree with this, not in the general sense as I think smoothness is relative to the player, but S~V~S would 100% dm host first if wolf based on my experience with them.
