Just ISO’d ilario and don’t remember why I read them as town. Matter of fact, i cased them after the Seanzie flip and the whole thing was icky.

Another thing I noticed is that they made a comment after Seanzie garnered votes calling Seanzie rand>town. Then after I made my case in day 2, they proceeded to go into defensive mode, saying things like “ I didn’t have much of an opinion on seanzie, or most slots at that point since there wasn’t much game related content to go through.”

Then pivoting with redirection: ‘I know I look bad, but this other guy looks way worse and I did nothing wrong officer can you arrest the bad man I just told you about?’

Or my favorite: “There really wasn’t much there for me to interact with or to form a read on. I’m sure if you read the iso yourself even with the power of hindsight on your side, you’ll agree that there’s nothing about those 18 posts that exceedingly scream wolf or town from his posts”

So the argument is nullified by the fact that they looked at Seanzie after thinking he and rondo looked to be t/t, called Seanzie rand>town, and comes back in day 2 conveniently saying they weren’t able to form a read on him. “There’s nothing about those posts that scream wolf or town” except you called him town for those posts so…



Another thing is one of their lasts posts at EOD was to cast doubt at TSP: “I’m not sure how to feel about tsp this eod” before the flip
And then revisiting it as soon as day 2 started: “Tsps eod yesterday is pretty concerning”
No talk of the caught wolf, ready to advance on a target.


Meh. Scummy vibes. Obviously we never lynch this slot unless dyson is red. But if dyson is red, I go here first.

If dyson is scum, you really have to question what the end game is here. It’s a gamble and if he’s caught with a ridiculous claim, it’s almost virtually game over for his team.

I will say, when I was lynched D1 when we were partners, he didn’t have any cool claim up his sleeve to save the day. He really fizzled out until town just lynched him.
This could be a drastic wolf gameplay switch, but I’m more inclined to think he’s trying to be helpful town.

I’m less inclined to vote LC today, only because I have a tendency to tunnel when I get a seed of doubt in this case, and dyson has a lot of question marks that should resolve first

I’m rereading Day 1 and looking through the voters on Seanzie for potential bussers.

It’s me, Ender, Jack and Like Coke that end up there. Out of those, LC is the one I remember the least, so I looked back at Lime Coke’s ISO through the lens of Sean’s partner, and I might be on to something.

Not quoting too much because it’s late and I’m gonna go to bed soon but
-starts the Seanzie voting early on D1 based on that “pranay rule”.
-Keeps the vote on Seanzie as Alison and myself vote there. -makes a read list with Seanzie as the lone Scumread. Good look
Then he is absent for a while. When he returns, he makes a comment replying to Rondo about something he had maybe found suspicious, but stands firm with a “Still townleaning him and preferred Seanzie over him.” Another good look.
In response to Sean’s perceived scumminess: “ If Seanzie is town then I don't understand this site at all.” man, LC is on fire right now.

3.5 hours before EOD, Seanzie posts a little more, followed by LC’s “ Seanzie actually doing something...hm...”
Hm indeed. Getting cold feet?
In response to nothing: “ Honestly I don't have another option besides an OMGUS on Nanook. I think Rondo is fine. And Sean was just 1 read so meh.”
I must note that he italicized ‘fine’ and ‘meh’. As if to make a firm point on his noncommittal attitude towards either player.
So votes are tied if I recall on rondo and Seanzie


Skip to 30 min before EoD. He just rose from his coffin to feast on mortal blood sleep and is ready to change things up in response to game state thoughts: “ Meh, don't think the day has had much progress, so possibly TvT wagons with these two? I can't make game state reads to save my life.”

I think at this point ilario was the lone vote on falcon. LC proposes:

“Falcon's an interesting choice... however my problem is that I've scumread him every game because he breaks every scumtell in my book and never looks completely towny. I gotta look at his iso hold on.”
Jack jumps on it though, and votes falcon. LC seems to come to the same conclusion that he’s probably scum because he’s not looking towny or whatever. Sure. Ok. So they commiserate and LC votes there too.

It’s important to note that if LC is bad, his reads seem to come from an organic place. He added to another low wagon and garnered support there and didn’t just pop onto Rondo. Smart play.

Rondo calls them both sus for switching so close to EoD. LC’s response: “ I literally stated I have a townread on you and I'm switching based on game state read. Why would that be sus at all?”
Blames it on the stale game state and like get off my case bro, real teenager hiding the smell of weed on his jacket from his parents

Rondo silently (as far as LC can tell) votes for LC: “ Rondo was voting him and silently switched to me it looked like.”

And LC almost immediately afterward switches back to Seanzie. Which ties up the vote I think Seanzie 3, Rondo 3.

Now LC knows he can’t vote Rondo here without being suspicious, and he himself is tied for lead chop. He didn’t have to switch away from falcon. That’s the biggest hang up you could have with LC being scum at all, but opportunity is fleeting and the end of day was a bit manic.

(I also must note that during this last 5 min kerfuffle, TSP asks the thread if he should vote LC, to which jack responds “nah, I like his process.” And Ender defends LC wondering why he’s even on the block. Because TSP does vote here, I would say they are not partnered)

1 min, still tied. LC makes a final plea to lynch Nook, Rondo, TSP, Ms Frizzle, the Easter Bunny, Antonio Banderes and the far kid from the sandlot if he goes over. Because he is “obviously town here”.

Then his buddy jack, who he pocketed 30 minutes prior with that falcon switcheroo, rescues him and destroys Sean.

So that happened.


Fast forward to day 2. Lime Coke comes into thread without any WIM. Literally Eeyore.

Today? Same. Doesn’t have the gumption. Could it be his partner was lynched and he was also on the chopping block and it’s probably best to rest on his laurels until this whole thing blows over?

Well, the odds are actually not fantastic to return a positive except just by picking the top town names. Say dyson had picked anyone in the POE, returned negative, the ability is shit because plausible deniability in all 3 of the targets. Renders the role almost useless. Finding all 3 town is helpful for clearing.

I mean, it’s still really powerful.

Target 3 towncore = confirmed towncore or confirmed deepwolf
Target 2 towncore and 1 poe = basically a check on the poe person

The ability is only shit if you target 3 sus players and get back that they aren’t all town. Even if you do that, there’s a slim chance of getting back they’re all town, which is also really powerful.

Or that there could be a mole in the towncore. Still would risk a couple mislynches

No, I had to target 3 players and the result would say either fail = all 3 are town, or not fail = at least one of them not town. But since the result said fail, I interpret this data meaning that those 3 players are town.

The role card didn't provide a name, it was just a text box without a title.
Because I was looking to find three town players, so I targeted the three whom I had the most interactions with. And the result hopefully means they're town.

Which means, if you can believe me, that the four of us are confirmed town. If you still lynch me, I will flip town, so you will have proof that what I said was honest.
If someone of those three flips, they will be town. If they were mafia, that would mean my action was broken. I guess. But it's probably correct as I laid out.

Let me think from the perspective that this is true.

Those names were probably a good check to clear us, because in this case, selecting not-town-read people would result in a fail, which helps in identifying one mafia of many players. Maybe this role isn’t as broken as I thought if used appropriately. I don’t know if Martin foresaw this use, because it IS a broken role if it returned back as you say.

That’s the most broken ability I’ve ever heard of.

My ability is actual horseshit compared to a triple cop check on N2. You just gotta last til N2?
