Nutella dying over Made was also very painful. She was our most important role imo.

I will reiterate that Mac on Day 6 looks the least like a person who is trying to solve this game to me. He’s engaging, but I don’t feel like he is really working or applying much dynamic thought to the thread. He’s eating whatever is put in front of him rather than looking for his own food.

Sonnycrush's treatment of Mac opens the door for uncertainty. I haven't removed Mac from my POE and still view him as a premier suspect, but it's something nobody has discussed with me yet.

Looking at these interactions purely through the lens of your highlights, I feel like Sonny/Mac interactions look like teammates acting like they’re feeling each other put. There’s a vague sense of skepticism without either of them ever exploring that.

The OC stuff does not sway me much. It’s possible OC had the foundation of a negative mac read in place before subbing in. Plus, if Mac is indeed bad then he’s already demonstrated a strong willingness to engage in aggressive bussing this game.

@JaggedJimmyJay has your analysis uncovered anything that points to Mac not being mafia?

Well, that would make sense. If Belzy shot him and died, it doesn't clear Tony as town, only as non mafia. So someone else would have to be the mafia. I'm not sure who that is, however.

Forgetting that TSP is confirmed not-mafia is a more egregious oversight than mixing up the masons, and one that I think would be less likely to occur if the player has access to a team chat. I imagine there is no room for any remaining member of the mafia team to be unaware of TSP’s slot’s status. Mixing up a couple of claims ~24 hours after they were revealed (as Made did) is a different story.

Best I can say to this theory is that it'd be a bit wack to make a 3rd party player a lover with anyone. Presumably one of the premier needs of [insert most indy roles here] is to survive -- either for a long enough time to meet some win condition or for the whole game. Lovers explicitly reduce lifespans. I grant in this case they'd have to be activated, but if I am a poisoner with that weird side ability I doubt I ever even use it. I am just too easily killable by any mafia team no matter what I post (and in this game I have begged for it with my posts). The last thing I want to do it make it even more likely by gluing myself to someone else.

Gnome would be mafia in this scenario. Activating with her reduces the chances of you being killed.

Dunno about that, but I do think that post is a nice look for lost monkey. Made went for the controversial shade on Guillotine and I, and hid behind monkey's conjecture in the process.

That post is yet another reason to town-read you, but it might be grounds for some gnome skepticism: Made paired you with Guillotine instead of Gnome. Could be because he doesn’t think of Gnome when he thinks of town lover/mason pairings.
