I didn't promise anyone the token of life. I just gave it to the person that I felt I actively misled. With you I just didn't tell you stuff. With Ed I could have let him in on what I was doing and then I didn't.

With both of you I lost count of the number of PMs I drafted that I deleted that said 'I'm saying this because I know who the zombies are'. I just wasn't fully sure that neither of you would derail me somehow. With Ed I did suggest he considered that MP might have infected him, but I didn't say that I was really certain about it.

Yes, me too. My original strategy was to try to remain human and get a few Garnets along the way. It was a much more cutthroat environment than I thought.

I was also surprised you chose EdJou, Golden, considering my compliance with your PM request.

I mean, it was more of a suggestion in your own interests. I didn't have to watch your back.

Wow, twelve janggi. That's a rough one to get, that's full on strategy. I would advise everyone to just take your time, perhaps even watch some online.

I played this game as somewhat of a solo game. I figured out which world we were in early (DH and one of DP/MP were the original zombies), and went full steam ahead on that basis. Some people I've worked with in the past were willing to be quite open with me and I held my cards close to my chest with them, forcing them to trust me rather than to say why. I feel a bit guilty about this, and while I genuinely had those peoples backs, I just hope people were understanding. I know that I forced you to put faith in me in ways that probably left you uncomfortable.

After round one, I was certain I had two points, and noone else had more than one. At that point it was very likely that all I had to do was stay safe in round two and I would win, and that creating some kind of joint win would be a challenge. My focus was on making sure those people became zombies because otherwise they could end up being the elimination candidate, but I didn't feel as though being up front about that would be productive. So apologies for any feelings that were hurt.

Anyway, for these reasons I'm giving the token of life to someone who I've worked well with in past rounds, but left in the dark this round, as an apology. Sorry that I can't do the same for all of those that I left in the dark.

I'm giving it to [mention]EdJou[/mention], who put in a whole lot of effort to solve the game himself.

DH did it, never mind. I had to touch someone to make sure I didn't turn, and I drank my cure as soon as I had done it.

I do have to say that to some extent I feel like I took advantage of the fact, this game, that others seemed to miss that the elimination candidate would be a human. To this end, becoming a zombie was less risky provided that you could assure there was someone who would remain town. Once some people realised this they were willing to turn zombie.

In hindsight I realise there might have been a 'joint win' path here where many fewer people were at risk, so I apologise for missing that - but I think my ability to succeed at that was pretty much over the moment I took a touch from EdJou and was at two points after one round.

DH could only be an OZ with someone who infected two others in round one. Scotty doesn't fit that bill.

Literally that is exactly what I waited to do. There was a 0.0% chance I was ever going to post that before you took the cure.

I've known DH was a zombie since about ten seconds into the game, it was very obvious. There was never any chance I was going to use my cure this round when I could guarantee remaining a human by having it still on me in the third.

I wanted to touch you last round human to human, but you're choice to hold the cure until the last possible second forced me to be late. Such is life.

Unfortunately my own calculations I had me infecting zero not one so I can’t rely on them being perfectly accurate for the purposes of others. I guess I wasn’t so focused on getting myself accurate since I was excluding it anyway.

DH infects 0
Golden, LC, speedchuck, Nutella, scotty infect 1.
Daisy, ed, dp, mp infect 2.

DH must be an OZ for any of the bottom 4 to be. Otherwise it’s from the group of 5.

Speed, if DH is a zombie, and you are now a zombie, you won't get any points, even if you use your cure later, because no points happen when a zombie touches a human.

I still don't trust DH, so I'm not going to touch you now, because I'm saving my cure for round three.
