:omg: :omg: :omg: :omg:
:lorab: :lorab: :lorab: :lorab:

Great games, guys, and I especially want to give props to the other baddie team for completely blindsiding us so far into the game! We had no idea of who you guys were pretty much until there were no other options left.

You know what's awful? Starting the games as a civvie with two lives, being suspected enough to presumably not be lynched, and still die as early as possible. :sigh: Still had a lot of fun following the game after that (didn't even make it a fifth of the way through :p), and and, also want to give props to Dana for a great first full game! It was clear by the time you died that the civs weren't gonna win, but you made it to the very end and only died because of a lynch switch. Made me proud. :srsnod:

DP, Roxy. You guys were amazing. It only took me 3 days of your game to be completely addicted to Mafia again. :srsnod: I really enjoyed the secret roles format, and actually look forward to more games like this in the future. Good job!

Can we also just take a moment to appreciate Bullzeye for what a great player he is? He won practically every challenge in the game, and despite all the setbacks he won the game. It only made sense to kill him in the end (well, I probably would've killed Boogs, but I recognize I'm biased :p), but most wouldn't have lasted as long as Bullz did. I know you're taking a break, but take this win, and hope to play with you again in the future!

I heard LP is back so maybe you can find that game in past games and find the video. It was the highlight of any mafia game I've ever played (well except for ambray/sofi outing her whole team by mistake in that game on rev).

I KNOW this is my paranoia speaking. I know it. He double crossed me in trev's star wars game, he double crossed me in wabbit's sword of truth game, he double crossed me in fight club. He's *really* good at starting out as civ and then doing the double cross. Are you SURE about him?
Ahh, Trev's Star Wars was such an amazing game. LP is back, in case anyone hasn't noticed, so all those classic mafia archives are available again :D The ending was insane. LC knew he could win with me, but he tried to kill me anyway... thankfully my role didn't allow for that :p

lol did you even read the thread? Keterman was pressuring people out of voting for Made, and pushing against MR.
Hedgeowl wrote:Since we now see that the Beast and the Rabbit were SKs who killed on even and odd nights, I think they balance each other out. There could still be just one mafia team, since the Rabbit killed odd nights and DF was killed NIght 1 and flipped bad. With 25 players and 2 as SKs, I assume a mafia team would have at least 3-4 members. If only 1 mafia, maybe even 5 people. So if we have two mafia teams of 4 players each that would leave 15 potential civ roles. Does that sound balanced enough for those who would know better than me?
I still think it's two Mafias. 4-4 makes sense.

Mister rearranger. I'm sorry guys I'm in two games and I haven't been keeping up all the way. i don't see how the crowd shifted to Mr Rearanger suddenly and we decided not to lynch Made when we I thought that we mostly agreed he needed to go,

Re: Night 3 Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Made, I don't think that's the case, to be honest. Since DF died on night 1 and we know he was Mafia I just kinda took it for granted that there were at least two teams. And in a 25 player game, it only makes sense for balancing reasons. You made a case against MR, so you know at least some people had reasons to believe he was bad. Same with you. The baddies wouldn't need to be one huge unit all voting for the same player for this to go the way it did.

Re: Day 3 Monty Python and the Holy Grail

I'm... really surprised MR is leading the lynch right now, to be honest. I appreciated the post Made made on him, but it really wasn't enough for me to place him top of my list. Nobody really cared to discuss him before, either, but now he's being lynched? What gives?

I still believe in BeaNuk, for what it's worth. So not voting for Made.

Honestly... I can't shake this feeling MM is Mafia. I've never played with him before, but I also can't see him being good at all. My ping of him began all the way back in Day 0, I can't really talk about it, but it was a certain reaction he had that led me to ask the thread the question of "Was there any suspicious activity in the Nudgers chat?" Some Winkers might know what I'm talking about here, might be nothing. I couldn't vote for him on Day 1 so in the end I just figured it was nothing and kinda dropped it, but nothing he has done since has really made me feel better about him.

Not to turn this into an "OMGUS," but it was so frustrating to defend myself from him when he wouldn't ever acknowledge any of my points or bother to read up on things I'd said before. He insisted I was doing everything to save Made even after I said I'd probably vote for him. He questioned the DFaraday connection which had been addressed many times before, but he just had to ask again and again then pretend I wasn't giving any answers. He was just dead-set on making me look bad, with no acknowledgement of anything I said in my defense, instead twisting my words to make me look guilty. Of course that doesn't sit well with me. Then there's the Epi thing as another case of rewriting history to validate his points. Yeah, don't think so.

The French thing? Yeah, that's worth keeping in mind, I think. I haven't watched the movie so I don't know if it's really that obvious, but do the French have to be a baddie team? Because the roles we know make no mention of them at all. DF's role implies thre was only one Knight who said Ni, right? So why do the French have to be different? Are they the only "bad" faction in the movie worth having as a team? I jus tdon't get it. It's one thing to speculate, but to work on that assumption and just casually mention "the French team" like it's nothing. I really think MM is bad and will be voting for him.

Re: Day 3 Monty Python and the Holy Grail

To be honest, SVS, for your theory to be correct the baddies would have to be putting WAY too much into this while also being a little too powerful. They would've had to known AP's role with anticipation, switched the lynch to him, Made must have had a Seemer role, let's add in their kill, and saying there's 5-6 of them (all working to save Made every single day).

I find Bea's theory A LOT more likely than this. In fact, I'm pretty confident in it. I haven't watched the movie, but a Google search told me everything I needed to know to figure out what was happening. Do I need to bring up the secret in Concorde's role again? It just seems too obvious. If you don't buy it, that's fine, but unless things change drastically, I know I'm not voting for Made again.

Re: Day 3 Monty Python and the Holy Grail

My eye is on Made. For reasons stated. And if there is a lover situation going on, that doesn't negate one of those lovers being bad. I agree with folks that it likely wasn't a civ switch. There are too many reasons that Made could be bad, that to me outweigh the possibility of a potential civ role pairing that could possibly exist in a form that makes both of them civ in a game in which we have no clue what the roles are. #occam
Well, we know AP was a civvie. Do you think one of the lovers was civ, while the other was bad?

btw do we actually need to be so secretive about the Bea/Canuck theory? Last time I asked the hosts about role speculation they told me to speculate away, as long as I didn't reveal anything about myself.

@Hosts: Can we openly discuss what the secret part of Concorde's role might be?
