If you agree it's a valid opinion then stop voting for him. There's time a time and a place for making cases and this isn't it.

It's not important rn but this is an inaccurate portrayal of my playstyle. Why do you need other’s opinions of things to make your decisions? I’ve always seen you slinging your thoughts out there without restraint. But now?

because speedchuck isn't jack and being right about jack several months ago in some random game doesn't make you more or less likely to be right about Speedchuck in a different game.Plus the last time I felt like this about Jack in (I forget the theme, he was Nutellas teammate) and I kept dropping it becasue "tunnelvision" and I was right, he was bad. So if I think I am right, then why would I not be true to myself.
seriously svs?So if I could not vote for Chuck, I might vote for you. Just being honest here. Give me some names, Kyle, and it might change.
And I know he isn't Jack, my point was that I doubted my self and I should not have. And I know what tunnelvision is, this is not it.
tunneling is assuming you're right about something and ignoring all evidence indicating that your opinion might be wrong.

Re: Buffy the Vampire Slayer: At the Hellmouth (Day 2)
I'm not saying you aren't. what I am asking is that you be careful of letting yourself get tunnel vision. Idk if this is still how you are but the svs that I remember rarely changed her mind once she decided on things, but that's what I'm asking for. if you couldn't lynch Speedchuck today then who would you lynch?
I'll do my best to answer this when I get home. it'll be about 20 minutes.Give me an alternative. Ambray is not coming back, she's in Europe. Chuck started off with one vote as a penalty for not voting yesterday. So he has 2 votes that aren't going anywhere. Nutella is coming back, too. (linki, no she is here)
Who else do you propose?

Suspecting people is incredibly cool but thinking critically about all angles of every situation and sometimes getting really anxious about it is also very cool, some might say, even cooler.

Re: Buffy the Vampire Slayer: At the Hellmouth (Day 2)
i'm not sure. this game hasn't quite gotten it's gnarled claws latched into my brain stem yet.
but speedchuck really isn't on the list of priority lynches, he's a town-read for me. i don't really like any of the other vote recipients either but i think speed's lynch seems like the worst.
i have to get to guitar lesson but afterwards i'll spend more time answering your question on who we should lynch. this is a 2 lynch day and i think it's important we do this right. this could be a good opportunity to hit the mafia but it also has obvious potential for disaster. i don't want to take this phase lightly, i'll be back in an hour and a half.

Re: Buffy the Vampire Slayer: At the Hellmouth (Day 2)
i don't think i see speed's posts the same way you do, he's mentioned that he's been distracted by MK mafia and i do believe that's true. I think his lines of suspicion have been reasonable, even when i didn't necessarily agree with them, the only suspects he put forward that seemed contrived were the tranq and ambray thing, and even that i'm struggling to see a mafia motivation for. aside from that his thoughts have been agreeable, and the back and forth between you two kind of comes off as a misunderstanding over types of post lynch analysis.
i don't think speedchuck would make a good lynch today. the whole thing gives off the flavor of a mis-lynch in the making.

no, just marmot. marmot has a higher than average chance of being mafia because of the fact that he was able to be killed by spike.S~V~S wrote: ↑Tue Feb 06, 2018 8:11 pmMostly gut, his suspicions feel manufactured, like he is suspecting people becasue he needs suspects. Hey, sorry. My attention has been largely focused on a different game which is currently at a somewhat critical juncture. I think DF simply misread the drusilla-spike recruitment sentence (like switched the pronouns in his mind or something and interpreted it backwards) and I think he is unlikely to be on the vampire team
hey @Kylemii what are your thoughts?
earlier i wanted to look through marmot's posts to see if I can see what spike might have seen in him so i'm going to start there.

if they go by the same rules as they do in the show then willow is probably safe to cross off the list. Witches are basically just humans who read the right blogs. Also according to the wiki, Willow was actually the first person the chip prevented Spike from attacking.

voted Dark Willow cus it's the most objectively correct answer. May change if some reasoning is presented for what option might be good. Also who would ever pick the master or the trio?

Player Salad is a thing Jay says when players talk about or mention a bunch of players they might vote for or suspect all at once, I think the idea is that doing it allows a mafia voting flexibility later on.juliets wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2018 9:53 pmI don't know what that means...MacDougall wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2018 9:46 pmIf Jimmy were here, would he call this player salad?juliets wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2018 7:23 pm The game is about to start so I'm going to go ahead and vote though I may change it later. Dr. Wilgy has only posted one completely off topic post but I guess he's been known to do that according to Kyle (I guess I just haven't noticed) so that leaves Jack who hasn't posted at all. Dr. Wilgy being a wild boy doesn't mean he should be removed from scrutiny. Wilgy is a player who um.... he's often inscrutable because of the way he plays and often ends up being taken out of or put into the pool of suspicion by process of elimination.
informing people of the usage of sodium nitrate out of the blue isn't necessarily an alignment indicator for him, but level of effort from him can be.
