Return to “[END] The Syndicate's 2013 Game of Champions”
Oh bugger! I didn't see that. And... I kinda want to open mine. Go out with a bang and stuff.S~V~S wrote:P.S. I did not even go into my SD opinions as she is not on the poll.
Percy can only 'borrow' civ abilities. The only civ with a NK at the time, was either MacG who found Penny or Penny with a found and then dead MacG. Percy's NK failed because he targeted a civ. MacG's NKs don't affect civvies. Meatboy resurrects himself after he's targeted. He didn't that night because there was no need to. He died twice since and BWT confirmed he still has two lives left. So I think MacGyver found Penny. Why haven't we seen any kills from them, there are plenty of possibilities.Flyin' High wrote: As for Percy's NK, I thought that came from Delbert. Am I getting this confused? That kill couldn't have come from MacGyver because we'd have been seeing an extra night kill for awhile now.
Spot on with the list.Nevinera wrote: Here is my trust list:
Trust: SVS, FH, Lizzy, BWT, Nevinera, Bea
Most likely Civ: DF
No Idea: Elo, Hedge, SD
Probably not Civ: Boom
I would be ok with voting for any of the three in 'No Idea', but I think after rereading the three of them, I like Hedge best for Creeper.
No evidence in the thread, just a general instinct. (And mine have not been really good historically).
I also think that that last comment about Zodac by Elo seemed maybe a little *too* clueless, like she might be trying to pretend that she doesn't know what's going on.
And there is absolutely nothing on SD. She's not putting her neck out or anything, but I suspect she never does.
Blank slates make me nervous >.<
The thing with Bea is that BDH basically confirmed she was civ. And think about his role.birdwithteeth11 wrote:As much as I agree with this, Mongoose is still my 2nd choice currently. I still have bea as my primary suspect/vote-getter though.Lizzy wrote:Mongoose wrote:I"m okay with voting Boom. I think I might throw another vote at you today.
It definitely seems like she's trying to make us burn another lynch opportunity. I will have to think about this.

I even swore on my cat that I'm good.if you are truly good, and not Martell, help me look elsewhere. If not Boom, who?Hmmm... If not Boom, you.

This is very interesting. I took that N9 post for what it was/seemed and thought we were dealing with a kind of baddie ELP, with a new and improved baddie Cohen recruited by Moriarty. Do you think Cohen is still a proper independent who hasn't decided what his allegiance is? Unless, the supergroup did happen, with the main killers from each team keeping their successive NKs, and if the Manipulators are indeed gone, then what's it to the VG's to throw Cohen under the bus knowing he'd survive, and either frame him as Fetus or convince us to waste a lynch on him while they get to kill one of the trusted people the next night?Nevinera wrote:I think he's Cohen. Which is not exactly "bad", but probably needs lynching.
No rush on that though.
I find that interesting as well especially since he's one of those who has been paying attention. I trust both of you though.Flyin' High wrote:The only thing I don't like about TImmer's scenarios is that he has me as likely bad in 3 of the 4. I am not bad. *pouts*
He defends you when you're good. So...Elohcin wrote:Okay...So you all think Epi is PP. I understand. But Epi has not defended me in this game like he has in previous games, so I am not sure why you are suspecting me. He simply said, "I'm voting Elohcin." He probably did this b/c he knew if I got the shield I would most likely pass it to him next. Then, he would have it to keep amongst his team. He is a bit tricksy like that, wouldn't you agree?Epignosis wrote:I'm voting Elohcin.Mongoose wrote:I too loved that post. I love that everyone recognizes I have a really big sword.
Does anyone have any questions about what I was trying to say when insanified?
Who are trusting for the Night Poll?
You know, this could go either way:S~V~S wrote:You are not listening to what I am saying, Boom. I have said all I plan to on this topic.
But this has kinda shot you way up on my list.
I meant 'randomly' for us - more like unexpectedly. I need to work on my phrasing.Hedgeowl wrote:Ah, just saw you said randomly, so I understand Nev's point now. It's not random I think too.Lizzy wrote:Bea - I trust FH because someone I trust trusts her.![]()
SVS - I know.![]()
Nev - Woohoo! We could have a discussion about Cohen, but getting Creeper is a priority right now. If he randomly explodes, he takes at least one person with him. I wonder if Fetus is already dead or if not, at least lynchable.
Mongoose wrote:Oh hey, I forgot to say that I dreamed me and you were in a wasabi-eating contest last night.Lizzy wrote:I accidentally a word. But you get the idea. Thanks! ^__^
This is a very good question and we can add another civ to the list if they're still alive.timmer wrote: @sock, if homestar runner chose two people to play the contest, and one of them was a role that redirects night actions, would both targets redirect, in other words would homestars entire plan be redirected, or would only that persons half be altered?
Who did you have in mind though?timmer wrote: Orly? Well, I've been wrong about a lot of things in this game, so if I'm wrong about that too I guess that gits. That changes my thoughts about a departed player...hmm.
I'm fairly sure that is not the case.timmer wrote:Lizzy fwiw, in regards to your comment wondering if zodac got any information about the allegiance of the players who went to the red room, I have a feeling that that is moot. Mongoose wrote:Mycroft Holmes, of course. On one hand, that's a really good role to pick if you are Martell and lynched because it's completely innocuous and unable to trace that you are lying (kinda). Unlike Thomas who has 3x vote, so it's easy to tell if you are that person or not in hindsight. Also, she wouldn't want to pick a civilian who could be taken over to the other side like Jack. So it's a real safe choice.
However, I do remember that when she was lynched, I thought it made sense for her role to pop up as "Mycroft" because I figured she had saved INH from purgatory that one time. I've thought she was civ all game, honestly. But I'd listen to strong arguments in opposition as well.
linki - all y'all
Maybe I was not clear enough. What I meant to say was that I kinda knew Zodac would lynch Devin and I also know that deep down inside he's probably very sorryNevinera wrote:I think that two of those were killed by the red room,Lizzy wrote:Awww, come on Zody! I know why you did it, but he might have been modkilled anyway. I would have liked to know DH's role. Butt maybe you found out his allegiance.BF is also a very interesting choice. Not sure what to make of it yet.
surely Zodac wouldn't have gotten three kills?
They picked bwt, bf, and DH.
Which means bwt got killed twice yesterday :-/
Me too. Also, what do you mean 'we're bad, anyway'? 'we were bad back in the TP game' q.m.I'm really unsure what's going on in there.
Not only does it seem unlikely they get to kill so many people,
But I don't understand why they're voting like they are -
In the last red room, it was lms, so we formed a small bloc to up our chances..
But they all appear to be voting together, and I think almost half of them are bad..
We're bad, anyway.
I'm eager to see what happens tonight.
1) They have not been proved bad. One was a civ turned indie SK, the other one was a vanilla indie.DharmaHelper wrote:I'm not. 1) You took issue with me going after Vomps and Llama, both of whom have been proven bad.
2) You have no actual desire to build any cases or hunt for any other suspects.
You being an outed civvie is all well and good, but it doesn't excuse you from the rest of the game. You can't see how your tunnel vision is hurting the civ game here? Come on son.

Of course I can't be 100% sure. I have my doubts (especially when he's not posting :P). But, I mean, come on:Hedgeowl wrote: Lizzy, same question about DH?
There is a very specific role that I have for either Timmer or DH, so I have quite a bit of trust invested in their opinions. I just dont know which one!
