If I had to guess, I would think that the indie would try to keep active but not too active as to accidently raise suspicion. I guess that is what I would do. Everyone plays differently, so it is hard to tell.

I can see it INH's way. It still makes for a balanced game IMO even if Abram needed to get the baddies out to gain his power. However, I wouldn't call it civvie-neutral. I would call it a last-man-standing role. He needs everyone gone to win but only gains his powers once the baddies are gone. If we weren't so good at getting the baddies this quickly, it would have taken him longer to gain his powers or we may have even lynched him before he was able to gain his powers.

After I get the kids to bed I am going to do some rereading of the roles as well as players posts. Does anyone think Abramelin could have been recruited to the baddie team? If so, my distancing comment could still be relevant.

As for who I am voting for today, it is between Mongoose and Nutella. I have explained my suspicions of them both and Nutella's most recent post seems like distancing to me.

Niju, what do you think of Mongoose? You had said before the MP lynch that his case on her seemed sound and then you voted MP. What was your reasoning there?

It was not an accusation. It was a question. I can think of times when baddies have faked insanification when they were under suspicion. No one seems to like to lynch an insanified player. So...it came to my mind that since she was under suspicion, maybe she was faking. But again, I am not accusing her of doing so. I am just throwing it out there as a possibility.

As I was reading through the thread and catching up I was thinking MP was the way to go for today. However, his post on Mongoose is quite convincing. I am going to hold off and see what others think as well. But I do not see any flaws in MP's argument on Mongoose. and I do see flaws in the argument against MP.

I need to vote. I am going to go ahead and vote Nutella. SVS mentioned her first, but I did find her post about Dom quite pingy. And, I am still unsure of what to make of Boogs and MP.

I have to agree with this statement. However after reading all the back and forth between Dom and Boogs, I am not sure which of them is bad or if either of them is bad. I would lean ore towards Boogs however.

I'm not necessarily pinged by MP, but then again I do feel bad that he has been lynched early in the games he has played since being back, so maybe that is keeping me from seeing anything bad in him.

SVS made a good point about Nutella. Her post about her opinion of Dom was very pingy IMO as well.

So much to think about and only a little time to vote. We are having Simon's birthday party this evening. He is turning SEVEN! So hard to believe I have been a mom for seven years.

Since we have until tomorrow evening to vote, I am holding off until tomorrow Maybe some of the low posters you are talking about will come around.

I think this is very insightful. It was Mongoose that said this on page 2:

Immediately following, MP said, "I love the word behoove."

Not sure his use of the word behoove in his latest posts was a coincidence. Then Mongoose comes and says she isn't keen on a Boogs vote. I am not sure how to interpret all of this but it does seem important.

And A Person voted Epignosis in accordance with a quote from Vomps and saying he isn't sure what else to do. Just seemed like an easy way out on that Epignosis train.

But I have to consider not all votes were in it looked like also. But we have not much to go on beside the vote record and content so far which isn't much posting.

It was rational because he voted for Lizzy for no reason, which was pretty much the only suspicious thing that had happened in the game by that time.

Any reason you didn't mention that at the time of your vote? It wasn't obvious to me. At the time I thought you all were voting him b/c of the way he was posting (which didn't seem rational).

Sorry, I guess I misunderstood why you all were voting him then. You are right though...I didn't see an explanation for his vote. I agree that I wouldn't think a civvie would vote without explanation but then again I wouldn't think a baddie would either.

I didn't say he did it because he trusted my randomized vote. I said he may voted my way to subtly show he thought I was civ. Really it was mostly a joke though anyway b/c you all were talking (again) about how he is so good at reading me.

Still, I am unsure of why everyone voted for Epi b/c he was having fun with the theme of the game. That sounds like a lame excuse to be suspicious of someone. I have my eye on Epi voters.
