basically we need 8 people to say YES to July 18-21st right now and Paypal, Venmo, or Square Cash App me with $220 so I can book the place. This fee is per person and will cover food as well.

The only time we go go there is the 18-21 now, but the 19th is Simon's birthday. All of June is booked there as well. I knew we were going to miss out if we waited too long, but I got tired of being pushy.

I thought we decided on the smaller place that you found, Luna. It sleeps 8 and would be much more reasonable on price.

The place I found sleeps 14 and we do not have enough people who are IN for sure to book it. We need a smaller place that will be less expensive.

We have definite go's from 5 people: me, Epi, Luna, Chuck, and Rey. We need three more people to be 100% sure in order to book.

Although I can do anything in July, my favorite option is 11-14.

That sounds much more reasonable If we do $200 per person, I think that should be enough for tax and a food budget, what do y'all think?

I like Blue Ridge for the game room. I think that will be great to have. [mention]Epignosis[/mention] Post a poll with the Blue Ridge Cabin link (if you can) and ask what week in July people want to go. Let's give all info in the poll as well: price including food, 8 adults can sign up, all money to be delivered to Luna for reservation, etc. Also mention that those who aren't definite about going can opt to get a hotel room in the area at a later date and that Blue Ridge will be the meeting place for hanging. How much do you think food will be for 8 adults for the weekend (Thursday-Sunday)?

Basically, if we only have 8 adults, we could get somethings just as nice, but smaller and pay less. But, it would be nice to try to recruit others into committing so we can fill this place up.

This cabin will only work if we have more people committed than have signed up. A week in july is $5400, which, with only 8 adults, is $700 a person not including food. We may need a smaller, cheaper place. Also, we need to set a deadline to sign up and send money as well as a no refund policy. we cannot have people back out last minute and expect their money back.

I figure if we can get someone who is willing to coordinate the money and make the reservation, we can all pay that person and they can set it up. (we will need to make sure we have commitment for at least enough to sleep in the cabin. The whoever else wants to join can stay in a hotel nearby and make separate reservations individually. The more I think about it....we could do something like that cabin (if not that one) for some people and then others could stay in hotels near by and the cabin can be the meet-up place. That cabin is 4000 sq ft. we could even bring air mattresses too.

As Epi, said, we can do summer. Dunya, I really want you to come!! If we could get to Europe, that would be so amazing, but not sure that would be a possibility for us -passports, plane tickets, ubers, food, and place to stay is a lot.

East coast USA is easiest for us..
