I would be okay lynching wilgy, quin, sloonei, dunya, or lc. I know its my duty to go into detail but I cannot stare at this screen much longer. This isnbased on a previous poat I made in response to dunya. These arenthe people I don't trust atm.

Quin and sloonei-seem to be a driving force this game but I don't feel like they seem super civ. Baddie teams usually have at least one very vocal player. If this team does, gotta be one of these.
Dunya-same field as sloonei and quin as a driving force, but she has said several things that ping me even though she also seems like a vey helpful civ. "Seems" and "is" are two different things.
Lc-still could be bad imo

no...I never complained about low post count or quantity of post. I want more genuine, hard stances. I would understand your hesitation in that you can't give me a genuine scum read without outing a scum-mate, but try.

I'm not sure I agree with this and I guess it could be why people often think I'm scum. As a civ, I look at who I feel I can trust (based on gameplay, of course) and then try to find baddie behavior among the rest to find a suspension. I guess I'm doing this all wrong.

The fact he has so much suspicion on him and didn't bother going through them all does not strike me as "giving up" as Sloonei put it (and I'm surprised he could think Jay would give up). On the contrary, it had an opposite effect on me and I've played plenty with Jay (and scum Jay) to know that like me, he'd defend himself till the last dying breath. It's basically like this grad student has exams man. Let's cut him some slack for not spending 5 hours playing online mafia.

no lynch Jay today. I urge you all to reconsider and look elsewhere.

If this is all teue, then I agree with dunya. I know busy. And mafia the way jay usually plays takes a lot of time and focus, I'm sure. Like I said before. Civ jay or baddie jay....he is usually a driving force no matter his allignment. I don't think his amount of participation points to either allignment.

But it is disconcerning. So, I'm curious. Have you taken on more in your RL schedule? I ask because I hate to lynch a civ Jay because of RL business.

As y'all know, Thursdays are rough for me as Im put of the house basically all day and focused soley on the rugrats. It's now Friday but tomorrow is my daughter's birthday party and so today is another full day. I'm really not trying to cheat here, but I thinknits kind of crucial we actually get a baddie today. So...can someone kind of recap for me a little of what's goibg on. I know the lynch was pretty quickly switched to mesk. I know I had my doubts about her civvieness, but who ever actually listens to me? Did Jay stir up suspicion on her and eventually get her lynched? Is this why several of you are voting for him?

Usually whenever I play a game that has both Jay and Sloonei in it, I feel like Sloonei is Jay #2.

Like, their playstyles are very similar, but Jay is the protagonist. Sloonei is the sidekick. Jay leads the town. Sloonei helps. They are a fearsome civ duo that way, actually. The Jay 1 and the Jay 2. You don't want to cross their path if you're bad.

In this game, Sloonei is Jay #1.

He leads the town. He leads the conversation. He is the is the guiding light that will take us to victory, or to our doom. But he is the one steering the wheel.

Whatever Jay is, he is not Jay #1. Or even Jay #2. He is something else and I don't know what that is.

At this point I'd expect to be drowing in a sea of Jay. To have so much Jay around me I could barely breathe. But I can breathe just fine. Jay is talking, but he is not seizing control. He is engaging, but not in a way that makes me feel like he is trying to produce perfect reads on everyone on day 1, to make everyone interact with each other, to move the game forward.

He is not in his element. Something is wrong with him. So I'm itching to call him bad. Although, it is possible he might be busy or distracted or just having a bad civ game. It happens. But he is not the civ Jay I know, I'm sure of that.

I'm not sure how I feel about Jay this game. He is difficult for me to read. But I would agree that he is quieter than usual even though he is participating.

Wih mesk still not around, I'm thinking she is civ. She isn't new to mafia even though she is new here. I don't think she qould abandon a btsc team. Of course, I could be wrong. There is always a chance she and dunya are bad. I know I have said this before. And dunya kind of eased my mind about it, but think...mesk hasn't been back. She doesn't know that dunya is here. What is mesk was all alone in btsc and decides to justbleave and now she has a strong teammate but doesn't know it. Gah.... I'm so indecisive.

I've had success reading her in the past. This doesn't feel like good Eloh.

I don't think she's following through on her cases in the way a civilian would. She'll say that something is suspicious and that'll be the end of it, like she's rejecting any attempt to change her mind. She's done that with me and LC in this game.

I don't believe in her rainbow list because I jdon't see how Lasagne could be one of anybody's top town reads. She mentioned genuinity in her posts, with Lasagne only having one, maybe two posts of workable content. The rest is, as I said before, mainly "I'm here!" posts.

You're right that I have a lot of "I'm here" posts. Y'all talk so much a lot of the time and I'm constantly playing catch-up. I was here from like 6:15-7 and left for an hour and a half and now I'm a page and a half behind. I'm sorry I don't play to your standards. As for my reads... I disagree. So. I was just agreeing to the part that I didn't like this Epi lynch. It felt like stupid reasons for a suspension of him and those that agreed with it could be bad and trying to reach for something that others might grab onto.

I think its funny how it seems to have all just gone away and LC is in agreement with Epi on a dom lynch.

I kind of agree with epi on voting a low poster. Other than my suspicion of LC and my slight suspicion of nutella (half the time her posts crack me up and half the time I'm hinking wtf), I do think that the high posters seem to be civ and genuinely trying to help.

I don't think the mafia team failed to kill. I think protections happened. I think this is barking up the wrong tree. I don't like speculating based on replacements, as we're basically basing our reads on how well Marmot is handling his game. I know it's hard to ignore, but I would assume that Marmot has handled the game in a way that didn't completely screw over the mafia team, since anything else is unfalsifiable, unconfirmable, and slightly disrespectful.

It was the tine and abruptness off your post. I quoted and posted and then came back to where I left off and saw you had explained yourself better in the very next post. I thought maybe after you posted, you read it back and saw your scummy tone and figured you should better explain or.... perhaps your tone wasn't a scum slip and you were just continuing your thoughts in the next post. Seeing as just about everyone, if not everyone, sees you as good with their GTHs, I'm thinking it was one of my irrational reads. I'm good at those. But I don't know. I would put you as a firm yellow in my head.

I don't think her absence for 6 days is indicative of her alignment. That's what I would like to sway people away from.
Yes, as town, a wrongly accused town, she gets very vocal and aggressively defensive. She hasn't been on the frying pan though, indeed, she hasn't even been on the forum for 6 days so....we can't say she's scum because she's not here.
This is oddly defensive, imo.

Dunya replaced in awesomely with great effort. What if she is too good to be true? What if there have been no night kills because of a quiet mafia and two of them are mesk and now dunya? Just really spitting this out real quick before I go watch tv with the family. I'm not fully caught up so tell me if I'm insane.

I agree. I'm in bed at EoD as well. It's been this way all game so far. This could actually be playing a part in why we aren't lynching people. I wonder is people have actually been around at EoD.

I fell asleep after your first handful of posts (you must have been boring )and just woke up to the GTH reads. So my read was about 90% sprit and 10% dunya, without having read most of your contributions.

Fair enough. I don't know you well, but I feel your answer here is genuine.

I kind of did my own GTH as I was reading through the thread. Of the low posters, I think Dom and wilgy may be good although there was one post of wilgy's that seemed very scum, but then he better explained himself and that sounded pretty genuine. But then again maybe it was a slip and he noticed how scum he sounded and then just tried to make up for it well. I think INH and mesk could be bad. Oh and sig is quiet too but I'm unsure about him. I could be missing some. Of the outspoken players, i think jjj, cbob, and dunya are good. I think thats all. The others are all in between participants imo, not over chatty and not too quiet. Maybe I'll try doing a list of my gth tomorrow qhere I can include everyone. I'm very sleepy.
