As a reminder, please contact me if you are feeling frustrated or angry instead of personally attacking anyone in the thread or the host. An example of a personal attack would be calling someone stupid as opposed to disagreeing with their theory/opinion. Attack the idea with your own view/opinion, do not attack the person.
