I suspect Jinrou. While getting a lecture from a newcomer on how to play mafia is good fun, what I expect mafia to do is find a suspect they can hold on to, never actually lynch, and have a safe place to land a vote. If Jinrou genuinely suspects me, then I have some questions:
1) How do you expect to get me lynched by yourself? What will you do to convince others to have me gone?
2) If you happen to prove successful in removing me, what will you do then in the aftermath of my civility?

I have to ask for a reason someone votes for me? The words I'm using have big meanings?Jinrou wrote: ↑Sat Jun 08, 2019 8:44 pmAnd going through your iso your biggest effort was judging Indiglo based upon their relationship with people outside of the thread
And well this little mess where you use a bunch of empty statements to describe owner's vote on you as directly malevolent without asking for a reason first.
In here all I see is saying words that have big meanings, but with no substance behind them. Could you describe why scum!owner would do that? What is the motivation behind?

It's not an argument, and it doesn't fall flat.Jinrou wrote: ↑Sat Jun 08, 2019 8:45 pm The Epi iso is filled with so much fluff it's a wonder he's even here
He used a lot of nai activites as excuse, but he did in fact post a lot and when he did it, it was 90% of the time worthless
So the argument that it's exam time falls flat when you find time to shitpost in thread
It's, "I'm tired as hell, having a drink, and chatting with people in the few moments I have in order to have a good time before I have to fuck off and do it all over again."

I think Owner is town and it's pretty natural that they are being awkwardly scummy. I haven't played with them (or maybe once), but I remember Owner had a pretty high lynch rate as town as well. Mix that in with Owner's own posting style (which can be seen as awkwardly wolfy as well)
Now the actual wolf

Day 2:speedchuck wrote: ↑Sat Jun 08, 2019 11:59 am I suspect Owner for things I've previously stated. A good place for a vote.
speedchuck wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 2:25 pmOwner is usually a big question mark for me, and she still is. Her hunting style is weird. She suspects people for the gifs they use, their avatar changes, and the jokes they make.
It always comes off as nonsense to people that haven't played with her, and often develops into a scumread.
That said, I don't know the difference between town and scum Owner, so I'm not defending her with this either. Just giving context.
speedchuck wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2019 3:05 pm birdwithteeth11 - Who?
colonialcob - I think his push on me is genuine
Epignosis - town
Dyslexicon - I've been burned before, but town
indiglo - town
Kylemii - :3?
Long Con - town?
MacDougall - Push on Sloonei irked me something weird earlier. Calling it a 'policy lynch'. Felt really strong for what it was, in an off sort of way.
Neverwhere - Who?
Owner of a Lonely Heart - haven't seen anything alignment indicative
Rej - I feel like I should have a read here but don't
Sloonei - unsure if his approach to me is opportunistic or if I just look as bad as usual. Also replacement.
speedchuck - Just happy to be here
Kylemii
Neverwhere
BWT
Rej
Sloonei
Owner
Macdougall
This is my POE. I need it to be one smaller.
You know who also didn't mention Soneji before the lynch ended? Here's a list:speedchuck wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2019 3:20 pm Ooh I suspect Owner now.
She didn't mention Soneji at any point during her 17 posts before the lynch ended.
She DID quote, indirectly reference, and/or mention:
BWT
Epi
cbob
speedchuck
Rej
Dizzy
Neverwhere
Spacedaisy
Kylemii
Long Con
Now granted, few of these posts were focused on lynch leaders or on who has votes, but I feel like there's something conspicuous about this here.
birdwithteeth11
Epignosis
Long Con
MacDougall
Neverwhere
So in summary, the things you previously stated regarding Owner consist of two posts in which you confess to not having a strong opinion on Owner and one post in which you picked Owner out of a hat for not mentioning or interacting with a guy who had a grand total of four posts.

Jesus didn't make beer because grain was more valuable for food in those days and wine was the culturally accepted celebratory beverage at weddings (such that to run out of wine at a wedding would have been shameful and an insult to the guests).

Re: Zootopia Mafia Day 2
I don't approve of the Sloonei lynch.

Re: Zootopia Mafia Day 2
This is exam time. I will be administering exams all day everyday and the schedule is atrocious. No Internet access at work during that time. I won't be posting much. I'm here because Jack needed me.Dyslexicon wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2019 6:34 pmBecause nothing he has done has convinced me that he's town. And I have had games where I've been more convinced that he is town, and then he was. Admittedly, I don't read him that well I think.

It isn't information. It's speculation.Dyslexicon wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2019 2:06 pmIf so, I've seen that angle-shooting in other games too. It's quite impossible to not take into account when it's known information.

The person I replaced has no Internet.speedchuck wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2019 10:32 am I've seen the whole 'mafia get replaced first' thing on other sites, but not that often here.
Mafia DO request replacement more often than town, though, for whatever reason. Weirdos.
Given that, I think it's more important to look at the reason for replacement. Epi popped in practically before the game started. This is probably an indicator that whoever it was that signed up just didn't show up, or bowed out quickly for RL reasons. (My opinion.) That's null.
Sloonei replaced Daisy, who is busy, sure, but around more. That's more suspicious.
It's also possibly angle-shooting?

Re: Zootopia Mafia Day 2
I replace on a first-come, first-serve basis. To do otherwise is host interference.indiglo wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 10:22 pmMacDougall wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2019 10:16 pm Sloonei is a replacement. He should be policy lynched. Replacements are scum more often than they aren't and he hasn't done any town Sloon things anyway. No better lynch here imo.
I hate to say such a thing, but that thought crossed my mind as well. I feel like hosts generally replace mafias before they replace towns. I mean, we've got BWT and Neverwhere as pretty much total no-shows too... and yet only Daisy got replaced. Imagine you're a host, and you have 3 no-shows and 1 replacement. Town can absorb no-shows better than a mafia team... so you go with mafia no-show first. (At least that's what I think if I put on my Host Hat.)
Also leads me to be less likely to look at BWT and Neverwhere, at least for now.
(Also found nothing helpful on my Long Con ISO.)
