I've played with rondo a little bit but not enough to give a definitive answer to this question.

But on this point, I still think 1475 answers more questions than rondo pushers give it credit for. I don't exactly understand your hangup, since I couldn't ever remember rondo just slotting gira or leetic as town at any point.

I'm not making the effort to go backtranslate my posts, someone else can do it if they really want to, I don't $%#!ing know why I'm still in the thread rn.

I straight up thought ted was pushing villas for no reason and just not being towny. I dont know which this falls under, but it frankly doesn't matter since I highly doubt anyone is going to have the guts to seriously push me for a while besides ranmilia. My slot has escaped pressure the entire game contrary to what ran says, and yeah I know exactly why this is the case, its cuz I'm just vaguely towny like that, but its also ridiculously frustrating to have no plausible wolves push you at the same time as well.

But yeah maybe it was ranmilia all along. I still liked their townreading of robyn early on though.

Because I've played with Dizzy before, enough times to know that when they say they are obvtown, sure its not as obvious as they make it out to be, but they are in fact telling the truth for the correct reasons.

I've learned my lesson about Dizzy paranoia. It has never gone well, and will not go well here, especially because if you look at Dizzy's actual posts in this game, literally none of it is wolfy.

Re: Severance [Evening Two]

I have my energies absorbed by the family gathering, nothing seems to be occurring back at home, frankly I'm not being of much use anywhere in either place, so I'm going to stop making it complicated on the homefront.

I mentally take the tabasco bottle and place it over the bin. I expect myself to drop it but I don't. Why am I not dropping it?
I note that is the brick, cigarette, sword, and the disco ball that have pitchforks out for the kewpie doll.

It's over isn't it?

I don't think the orange juice carton, tabasco, or the kewpie doll, are wolf at all, like at all, at all, right now, and would still townread the toy sword.
I think the metal plate's behavior today is bizarre. I also think the interactions between the disco ball, the stuffed toy, the ducky, and the metal plate, imply half the group is unpartnered with the other half at a glance with no specific details.
Hence a predicament.

Re: Severance [Evening Two]

I try to find where I put my thumbtacks. Maybe they ran out. I eventually give up on that idea and look for a pin, which I do find. And then I prepare to ... I decide against it. Completely not worth, not to mention, unsanitary. I go towards the refrigerator and take out the can of tomato juice. Surely Beezelbub can't tell the difference.

Then I spread it on the wooden table in the problem pentacle shape, bring out the candles, smudge a seal in the middle, and then I stop. I don't actually remember what the last step was, aren't there supposed to be unearthly screams of some sort? An unbidden electrical fire perhaps?

There's only really one thing I can think to write in the middle at this point, which I do:--

The brick proposes to trash the tabasco bottle, the doll, the metal plate and myself, for what I can only assume are crazy reasons, only to have the metal plate propose that its out of plave, to which all I can think is, mhm yup its out of place, the other two objects look fine to me while the metal plate doesn't.

Re: Severance [Evening Two]

You know who it doesn't apply to? The disco ball. The ducky. The kewpie doll. The stuffed toy. The carton of orange juice. The metal plate.

The kewpie doll loves to play coy, its been hanging in the wrong crowd at times, but I've already learned my lesson about kewpie dolls. Orange juice provides me with Vitamin C; I'm not going to touch it for now, I don't have much of a reason to. I wanted to trust the comfort object, that's what their whole purpose is after all, but I find that I don't. Not enough. And it gets worse from there. The ducky is defective for reasons that are known; it doesn't squeak, and I find myself getting less charitable to its aggressive cuteness. The disco ball, I won't even talk about how infuriating it is. The metal plate? Its a dull metal plate, what am I even supposed to do with it. It said, and I quote, 702 and 714.

The dream is so vivid that I'm questioning reality, and that's when I wake up.

Re: Severance [Evening Two]

The toy sword raised itself menacingly towards the ducky I had previously pitched. The ducky it had already saber-rattled towards. The ducky that had confessed to the brick that it hated the toy sword because of, and i quote, 2004. To which the toy sword said something very clever, "if you were a good ducky, you'd hate me at least partially because of how I've waved myself around at you, but no, you hate me because of 2004, which is not only stupid, but makes you a bad ducky" And 2004 is indeed stupid, why take issue with the toy sword, when there was a carton of orange juice right there.

And for the tabasco? The disco ball, malevolent as ever, positively screeched at the bottle of tabasco for liking the owner that consumed it regularly. But you know what? Now that her belongings have burst into flames, and we all know that she was always a good person at heart, what does a harm-seeeking bottle of tabasco gain by enlivening its owner's day and crusading against the disco ball? There are other reasons why I like tabasco sauce, but the whole idea of engaging their owner is a fundamental one, one that not only applies to the bottle of tabasco, but the toy sword as well. It applies to the brick and the cigarette too. It applies to the compass.

These are those I feel I should trust.

It happens very suddenly as I prepare to go to bed. All of a sudden I hear her again. Why only now? Why not before? But its too late for this. Something goes wrong with the extension cord I plugged the desk lamp in with, causing an electrical fire. Her box is wooden. When I get back to it, it was already burnt. I hastily attempt to douse the fire, and somehow I manage, but I am still left with the remnants of her.

It wasn't anyone's fault, though I like to think it was her fault for going quiet.
