Re: Creature

A lot of people have sussed him and I didn't get it. So I went thru ISO a little while ago and still found nothing. It looked like, what I imagined townies would be like when Kate explained the concept of mafia to me. Nothing exceptional (sorry creature), but still attempting to help town via giving reads, having conversations, etc.

So I looked at the arguments against him and like 92.67% of them are 'This doesn't look like town Creature.' So I'm in this weird position where I:
a) Think Creature is town
b) Want to trust everyone else
c) Don't have the experience with him to know if he's out of town range and in wolf range

So I'm in this silly little situation where I don't want to take a hard position on how I feel about him and I'm not too sure where to go from here

I haven't posting as much on topic this game I've realized but I still have reads on everyone. I should probably do a reads list pretty soon. Have I ever 'hunted' in a game? I didn't think so. Like gone out and said things specifically looking for a wolfy response? Or how would you really define that

You are indeed misreading it.

Falcon has no signs of re-evaluating and it will come to a head sooner or later so I may as well be preparing for it now.

Seanzie was tunneling me hard at the start of the game. But he backed off and thought about it and re-evaluated, then he decided he wanted me again and then got off me. Its a towny progression.

Falcon has been 100% on me without any signs of actual thought just get him get him get him. Its not good for thread health and come to lylo it will be a misvote that will lose us the game. So why wouldnt I want to get rid of him while we can? Town want to win, Falcon is as of now wrong town. But hey I dont know he is town I have just felt like he has been towny. He could just be a wolf wanting to get possibly the oracle over and go "my bad" when I flip or just accepting the consequences of getting the only one who they cant kill.

To answer your question, because I think it's weird you want to kill one of your townreads. I townread him too so obv I don't want him killed, I guess self preservation is a thing but it still just feels kinda funky. Almost like an "I'm better than you so you should die" mindset

Also why is specifically your death gonna cause us to lose? Or did you just mean any miselim will contribute to us losing

-mac as town is extremely unconfident about his ability to read me and also tends to scumread me for breathing. this aligns with mac insisting that his legacy read on me should NOT be used for me to defend myself, with him randomly voting me and calling me mafia yesterday, with him grilling me about specific stuff (ie: "why can't seanzie just be right?"). this is theoretically possible for mac to fake as a wolf but he has treated me in a way that aligns with the way i would expect him to be treating me as town

-i think that mac struggles to make some of the posts he has made today as a wolf, including his general alienation from the gamestate and the way that he lost his temper earlier

yeah idk i just think he's town. i might not be able to explain it more coherently than that. anything else i have to say was already said by bereft

Also on that note one of Allison legacy reads of mafia was Neon who alreayd flipped civ so why are we even thinking about letting her decide the wagons from the grave! This is extra true when you consider a card was played to remove her and we’ve got no clue what alignment played it

Please elaborate on what this means, and how tutuu is failing that

Do you think that if that is the team, Alison is the one they would be bussing? I find it unlikely but I’m not really in touch with the meta of the players involved.
I cant tell you that far/deep, this was just my solution when i thought to solve the problem "whats the reason behind the pressure on alison that i cant understand/justify (coming from jack and sig maybe seanzie, rondo, forgot who else)"

From roxy, dennis, finger, neon - i understand and justify it, its the emotional turbulation having an impact, so i dont think its w/w there
It's not a bus, they are just outing to kill me. It's why none of my voters can give a coherent reason why I am mafia and it's why I feel great about the game because the mafia team has overextended way too much and it's hard to imagine the game ending well for them unless you guys totally throw after my flip (in which case it's on you).
If Alison is right, here, she has to literally only be talking about Sig, which is ???

Cause I'm town and Neon flipped town. Why was Neon killed? I don't get it. Wasn't Neon a yeetable option who had been wrong?

Roxy's case on me makes sense, I guess, but I only say that because I have found myself struggling to remember who I suspect because there is so many players and all I could really focus on was the arguments. Though I suppose you couldn't really have known that so this is probably in good faith.

Regardless, my vote is remaining on Roxy because I thought we agreed to follow Alison's legacy if she flipped town and it's alarming how little votes she has compared to Alison's wagon.

I was implying that Falcon forgot he wasn't supposed to know my alignment because he suddenly criticised my ability to read me which implied he knew I was town.

It was not a perspective slip IMO.

A perspective slip is a pretty broad term, but it is based on the idea that mafia need to fake the perspective of a townie, but sometimes slip up and it is clear that they are coming from a created hypothetical perspective rather than a true town perspective.

it could have been, but is there any particular reason to believe that this is the case? why is it not possible that the moon was used by a villager who was tunneled on alison? or used by a wolf who wanted to cement the aliosn elimination before she could scumhunt further and leave a proper legacy?

to say: "the moon did not go off on roxy, so therefore roxy is mafia" is working backwards from how you are supposed to get reads
