About SVS if you are town and Wilgy is town, then she is not, but idk if that makes her JD. She wasn't content about her posting restriction but she burned her posts pretty fast without voting and I don't like it

No, tutuu would have been blocked had she not died, Nook was blocked, Jack died before my ability took effect. So no extra votes from my ability.

I did post reads or at least my stream of consciousness thoughts earlier, I am most likely to vote mata I think.

But I have been following the Wilgy discussion and can tinfoil my way to him getting BTSC with Sean, pocketing him, and then killing him once Sean was no longer voicing suspicion of him. But then that reply from Sean to me where he listed his immediate POE and Wilgy wasn't in it came after the shot, so it feels like a bit of a stretch to say Wilgy would have waited until RIGHT then to kill him.

I also just don't understand why Sean would lie about being a cop/having a clear.

So I skimmed the last couple hours of d2 and just acted on nanook because something he posted pinged me, I don't recall what it was, and I think either Mac or someone else I was village reading had said he was sus.

It was a night action tho, so you would've had 24 hours to take a better look, no?

I just wasn't here. Like I literally was driving and dealing with moving for most of those days and didn't have internet, I didn't have time to take a better look, I only got the action in right before night closed.

I really have to reread. Nook flipping town was not something I considered so there's not space for me to continue with my previous POE and it means I miscleared two someone's instead of just one. I haven't cleared Wilgy at all on content, it's literally just because he makes the most sense for being Sean's clear, but then I question why he's still alive. So that might be the major misstep in my reads.

I'm most confident in falcon. I still think you're coming across village, you could be unconverted sin though. I'm still worried about thunal, just lacking confidence because I'm prone to endgame paranoia and choking. At this point I would would vote within SVS or mata as highest likelihood of being JD or converted sin, with Wilgy as tinfol, but I plan to re-ISO all the still-living people throughout the day so I'll give my thoughts as I go.

I don't think the other one has been claimed every day? Just thunal and SVS...unless it was used on people who died, or it wasn't mentioned, which is possible. But it's just odd. Also doesn't seem like the other one actually has any consequences for ignoring the message, which is interesting, almost like it's a...kind of shadow mimicry rather than full copying of the ability.

I did not see that Nanook said he had a way of clearing himself, and unless he said it prior to n2 there's no way I would have known about it before submitting my action anyway

The restriction can function as a delayed block, I won't say more than that at this time. I almost used it on thunal but I didn't have the confidence to flip my reads upside down yet and possibly block a townie when it's down to the wire.

I'm in such a funk about nook flipping town because I really thought he was at least a sin if not JD.

Speaking of thunal and falcon and d1 stuff

It's a thing on SDN that one wolf manages to pocket me on d1 by throwing a village read my direction. Or, used to, but now I'm hyperaware of it, so being village read early gets my hackles up. I didn't think much of it here (though gave a nod to it when I joked about jumping in thunal's pocket) because I'm not gonna have as much influence as I have in a game on SDN, and there's just not much of a reason to pocket me. I'm like, not dangerous here lol

But I was thinking back on falcon and thunal's initial reactions to me, and my feeling that I probably gave a town read to a sneaky scum, and I feel like it's somewhere in there. Falcon is interesting because he initially said I was playing the same as I played when I was scum in the art game, but then backed off after minimal effort on my part. Thunal on the other hand pretty quickly gave me a townlean, supported me against falcon's read, and then didn't bring me up again until today as far as I saw. Falcon I don't think has mentioned me again at all unless I missed it.

If I OMGUS it the more suspect one would be thunal for turning on me. It is interesting and frustrating again to see someone deciding that I have more scum equity than Mata does. If you look at the reads I posted during d3, I had a 6 person POE. Thunal left out that I had Mata and Jack as wolf leans at the time, and still had Epi and SVS in neutral. So I didn't have a 2 person POE like she implied here.

I was thinking of stronger reads/pushes when I said that. Why was Falcon in your towncore in the first place?

I just felt like he approached the thread in a very relaxed kind of way and was open with giving his reads when he was around. Like there was a natural flow to his content that I tend to associate with a village mindset.
I also really felt like if scum!falcon saw me as a misyeet option it would have been easy enough to continue to push there rather than backing off.

And he very clearly called me town d1 and then changed his read today. So he has come out both for and against me, but he hasn't hedged as far as I'm aware.

While I don't think I'm completely wrong about who I townread, I did get the thought that there's not much push to change the gamestate with what we think will be a Nanook chop. I think if the baddies really needed the gamestate to be different (like if Nanook were JD) there would be more of a push against it.

What if it's only JD and 1 converted sin at this point though?

If the other two scum are unconverted sins, they wouldn't have any reason to push back against a Nanook chop.

Also, killing JD doesn't like, end the game for mafia as long as there's at least one other mafia, does it? Yes would make things harder since I assume recruitment wouldn't happen anymore (though maybe I'm wrong on that, I can think of ways to design the game where it would still be possible). But the only case where I would expect strong pushback against a Nanook chop even if he is JD would be if all 4 remaining non-village are now mafia.

It's a thing on SDN that one wolf manages to pocket me on d1 by throwing a village read my direction. Or, used to, but now I'm hyperaware of it, so being village read early gets my hackles up. I didn't think much of it here (though gave a nod to it when I joked about jumping in thunal's pocket) because I'm not gonna have as much influence as I have in a game on SDN, and there's just not much of a reason to pocket me. I'm like, not dangerous here lol

But I was thinking back on falcon and thunal's initial reactions to me, and my feeling that I probably gave a town read to a sneaky scum, and I feel like it's somewhere in there. Falcon is interesting because he initially said I was playing the same as I played when I was scum in the art game, but then backed off after minimal effort on my part. Thunal on the other hand pretty quickly gave me a townlean, supported me against falcon's read, and then didn't bring me up again until today as far as I saw. Falcon I don't think has mentioned me again at all unless I missed it.

If I OMGUS it the more suspect one would be thunal for turning on me. It is interesting and frustrating again to see someone deciding that I have more scum equity than Mata does. It's really hard to be like "Oh no my towncore is leading me astray, time to flip my reads!" OR "Hey the towncore is good, we're killing it!" when the last two votes have been gifts presented by now-dead townies. Like there's little way for me to evaluate whether I've been on the right track or not with the people who are still alive, which is a horrible feeling at this stage of the game.

I am hoping only one recruitment is possible each night though I'm not sure if there's evidence to support that, so maybe just wishful thinking? Anyway if that's the case then we should be at 5-2-1-1. Of course worst case scenario is 5-4 but idk that I have the mental capacity to accept that reality.
