- falcon appears to be thinking
- tutuu's repeated appeals to the thread is making me not want to vote there which is a shit opinion but it's how I feel

out of these the lamest reason is actually the falcon one because I went back and skimmed his Scooby ISO and he was active-ish there too in kind of a similar way, granted he didn't have much suspicion/vote pressure in that game (from what I remember) but it's what I've got to work with

and my feeling on this post has changed

I've already given plenty of thought as to whether I'm just being confbiased or not and I don't think I am.

For every little thing that I've agreed can come from town, there's something else that went along with it that indicated the opposite. And that's what I'm hung up on, because all of the things you've said and done that can come from town, can just as easily be faked by scum. You haven't posted anything that I consider overwhelmingly towny, or I wouldn't have you at the bottom of my readlist.

I will admit, though, that because I've never seen your play before, that doesn't mean I'm going to have astonishingly great accuracy in reading you. And this is part of the reason I'm not confident in my scumread on you. I think youve said both towny and scummy things, and most people have done the same. That's a very generic statement. But I think the ratio of towny to scummy things you've said almost balances out evenly, which is why I'm not willing to townread you. It would be a hell of a lot easier if you I knew whether I could collaborate with you or not, but unfortunately, I don't, and I also have an extremely high rate of making paranoia reads and that doesn't help.

Idk though, it was early in the game and the issue with that is that early reads, while possibly dead-on, can also be wildly inaccurate from lack of data. I'm less likely to be convinced of a dead villager's early read than their legacy reads if they die quite a bit later.

Like ngl I think the team is one of falcon/tutuu, and Pyxxy, and someone else I'm probably misreading and will never catch.
I also have a bad track record with this so I don't even trust my own reads lol, this is just what I'm thinking rn.

It's not that appealing to people is inherently scummy but it's like you made a call to arms while two townies were fighting it out (if Neon is town as I think she is) and that's what looks terrible.

In your favor, yeah, pairing two town as w/w is a bit of an odd move, I'll admit that. But it felt like you were gunning for either one to flip, you didn't care which, and you just as easily couldve switched up your push the day after to adjust to the thread state after one of them flipped. And hey, look, Lucy flipped town, you're not pushing Neon, but you're pushing falcon and Sabi. I forgot who your third scumread is because you didn't say much about them other than that they exist.

At the moment:

Tutuu has literally uwued her wagon to be dead. Her solving this game has been wolfsided through out.

You know how tutuu usually is bouncing around the game with different solves and world views. This game she has been like stuck on me (even tho she keeps saying she has no case on me and ignores lucy legacy on her).

The fact her wagon is dying like this is scaring me.

Falcon: I get why Sean sr him but to use D2 as the day to push falcon esp when we didn't have much info from eod1 is just like ugh. The wagon dying is also weird. I do think his posting in the last few hours have some shades of town falcon so I'm rethinking.

Mostly I don't like the staticness of the wagons all day. I'm still not TRing Tutuu but I've noticed people who are pretty heavily SRd just not being pushed and I've noticed the wagons have been static all game. Feels like woofs are content to let town kill itself. Now the question is what players align with that?

Tutuu doesn't really Tutuu has been willing to try to form new wagons.

Unfortunately you are kinda like that. You've heavily been focused on keeping the status quo.

yes, the scumreads on me boil down to the fact that i pinged everyone and kept repeating how lucy was mafia d1 until i post capped myself, and i also thought neon is mafia with her too. and lucy was town and neon is probably town too

people kept repeating later that i was "fanning the flames" (whatever that means) when all i was doing was just pushing my scumreads and calling them mafia

im the only one scumreading sabi atm, neon had a w/w read between sabi and me earlier but she dropped it and hasnt pushed sabi. lily had the same w/w read too. but they're both voting and focusing on me instead of sabi, and not pushing her. id say sabi is consensus townread, not towncore but. above null for sure

I disagreed by saying the tone was the same, but the explanations were lengthier here (couldn't find a better way to word it but there was like a different level of investment imo) and tutuu never responded to my commentary.
I mean yeah she could've missed it but iirc there were not so many people talking in the thread at the time, and it was mostly us two. Probably at a weird hour for most players.
That's kinda stuck in the back of my mind for a while and now I'm hanging onto it trying to figure out whether it's indicative that tutuu is scum and only pushing her worldview when she seeks agreement, but ignores it if there's disagreement so that she can pose as a thread leader without ruffling any feathers.

But anyway regardless of whom you appealed to, the point is, you pinged people to appeal to them. And that's not inherently scummy but the way you worded it sounded more like you were seeking approval than asking people for their own takes. And even when I'm tunnelled, I try to get someone with the opposite view to explain why they think differently so I can see if it's enough to knock down my confidence a notch. If it is, then I have to acknowledge I don't have as good of reasons for tunnelling as I originally thought.

And same as Lily said too, I have more confidence in my townreads than my scumreads. Which either means that scum are in the lower half of my reads whittling down town's confidence and hoping the general wim completely dies out (maybe by killing vocal players with wim like rondo tbh), or someone's sitting in my townreads as a misclear.

Why NK'ing Rondo was a Doc Dodge - A Report

Part 1. Nanook suggests the idea

Nanook confidently claims that we are virtually confirmed to be in a setup, which remained unnamed, because of Rondo being night killed. He supports this with the idea that the majority of mafia teams would want to kill WWA in that situation, but instead they opted for Rondo, suggesting they were trying to prevent their night kill from being protected. Neon and Tutuu both agree.

In my opinion, most of this makes sense. WWA was considered town consensus and most mafia teams want to kill them. What confused me was no one outright saying what setup they think we're in. Neon and Tutuu jumping in and agreeing immediately also kinda weirds me out because no one ACTUALLY says what setup we're in. No power roles have flipped, and there is plenty of setups with a 2 shot or odd night doctor. Which setup are we supposedly in? Also considering that ALL of the setups have something that could have protected someone except for 6lock, I'm actually pretty

Part 2 - A new challenger approaches

Tutuu suggests that Rondo was killed as an attempt to kill the second PR.

Mostly confused about why Tutuu is incredibly confident in this, but also agrees with Nook's idea. I also am not completely sold you even believe in this because Rondo cc's just about all the time for absolutely 0 reason

Part 3 - I'm done dude I actually can't force myself to do this anymore

Final thoughts - Rondo is a slot that I think tends to have a lot of paranoia around, so NKing them early is a weird choice. I think it suggests Rondo was onto at least one wolf and likely two, because if I'm mafia I normally kill Rondo later than night one. Ultimately I hope you all get something from this, cause I think I only really got that I'll be a bit more wary around Tutuu for being a lil contradictory and I'm probably gonna look at Rondo reads

And it's strange to me that the implication of Doc dodge has been thrown around so much. It implies potential TMI as wolves would know the setup better, that Rondo was correct AND WWA's claim is fine.

It was pure coincidence Rondo happened to copy/paste it, and sheer stupidity that I also claimed the protect setup because of my dumb phone screen lol
This more or less guarantees I get killed and/or jailed tonight as the even-night protective, unless wolves really want the doctor out first.

I just hope we don't accidentally wagon the doctor today and force them to claim, because if they claim then one of us is guaranteed to die unless the mafia jailkeeper already targeted someone last night, which I doubt, because they didn't figure out who the doctor was but they know for sure that I'm the jailkeeper.

Kind of unfortunate that my action is probably not gonna matter unless I directly jailkeep their jailkeeper, in which case the kill will go through but their jail will not (which is fairly pointless imo, since blocking the kill is always the optimal play)
