so far most of my reads is null. it is disconcerting but I tend to have more null reads then most think I should.

I have you as Town. and no it is not an attempt to sway you in anyway by saying that. just it's pretty much a given based on what you are claiming. I don't see a world where a wolf would attempt what you are doing this day phase.

Falcon and marmot both read scummy to me. Mac seems towny. DOO and Daisy have me nodding my head as I read them. Nutella is stuck on me and I don’t understand it. So are but you seem less original with your ideas.

Mac, reywas, falcon and then probably others. Gut read kyle as town, but i could just in his shirt pocket. I don't see how kyle falls into that group.

I also feel like we need to take a little step back and think of the optics of Guillotine's voters switching to 112 if 112 is LW. This would mean it was wolf wagon to a wolf wagon from mafia pov. I don't know what that does for us exactly, but it does make me town read him further.

Rather long fishing trip you took. I’m not sure what to make of it, but...

1) I’m glad you came clean when you did rather than wasting the whole phase. Half (more like 40%) is still suboptimal, as it may have sapped momentum from the game on a day that already has plenty of distractions.

2) I’m glad I didn’t get caught up in your ruse. I knew I wasn’t going to be around much this phase, so I’m glad that I can still try to sort something out in the few hours I can devote to the game tomorrow.

So, there is this thing called a soup kill, which makes claiming EXTREMELY disadvantageous.

I see what you're saying, but I don't think your logic checks out. There are four possibilities:

1. Falcon is town, Falcon doesn't claim: actually pretty reasonable since as I laid out, the only situation which this happens in is where you are either lying or Mafia. In both cases, it really doesn't benefit Falcon to claim.

2. Falcon is town, Falcon claims: Sure, he is "protected" from your lie, but then he gets soup killed the first time scum tries to soup kill. This gives scum an extra NK for free. Not good.

3. Falcon is scum, Falcon doesn't claim: If you wouldn't have admitted your lie, Falcon would have been lunched today, and scum would have nothing to show for it.

4. Falcon is scum, Falcon does claim: Maybe no one CC's, in which case you would probably back off, and Falcon would look very towny afterwards. Maybe someone does CC, Falcon goes down, but now scum has a soup kill target, giving them an extra NK as compensation for Falcon's death.

So... honestly, I think it is MORE likely that Falcon is town because he didn't claim. There is NO benefit to town!Falcon from claiming (he will just be soup killed eventually), but there IS benefit to wolf!Falcon for claiming (it gives scum a soup kill target).
